美國留學需要了解的常識

1、辦理社會安全卡

社會安全卡(social securitycard)在美國留學期間是非常重要的。留學生落地美國，帶着行李進入學校後，首要事情就是申請社會安全卡，它能夠開通電話服務和銀行賬户、信辦理用卡、學校獎學金撥給都需要使用到它，根據學校的明確規定操作即可完成申請。

2、開通電話服務

留學生應該按照美國留學生活手冊中的內容提示，開通電話服務。不管是外面租房還是學校寢室，都有可能只有電話插孔而沒有通電話，需要自己打電話到電話公司開通，而如果大家要打國際長途的話可以通過買電話卡實現。

3、非美國公民在美國變更地址

留學生要及時變更地址，在10天內要向學校和DHS(Department of HomelandSecurity)報告。學校會向國際學生講述有關細節,如果延遲不報，可能會導致罰款和監禁。

美國留學體檢指南

一、體檢材料

參加體檢是需要提前進行預約的，在線上就可以進行，成功之後可以會直接將個人信息表打印出來，確認自己的身份資料，然後還要準備好自己的身份證明(護照或者身份證)。

還需要備好證件照(4.8×3.3cm)，以及學校提供的需要接受檢查的項目表格，如果大家有接種過疫苗還需要帶上記錄原件，這樣就不需要重複進行接種。

二、體檢流程

在體檢的前一天，需要大家保證比較清淡的飲食，不然可能會影響檢查的結果;檢查當天記得吃早飯，衣服儘量選擇上裝下裝分開，不要戴首飾，並且按時前往醫院。

體檢一般會安排治安8：00-11：20，整個流程需要花費一個小時左右的時間，大家要按照指引完成每一項的檢查，這樣才不會有遺漏，能夠正常的完成流程，順利的獲取結果。

三、體檢項目

X光是需要首先進行的，對大家的全身進行健康檢查，包括內臟骨骼等;然後要接受B超的檢查，速度會很快，只需要在儀器前露出自己的獨自就可以直接獲取結果，心電圖也會同步進行檢測。

抽血早一點進行，這樣對結果的影響會比較小;全科的檢查包括體重身高視力五官科等一起進行;最後就是接受尿檢，在此之前可以多喝一點水保證順利。

四、疫苗接種

需要學生接種的疫苗，會直接在官方的網站和學校發放的表格中標示出來，大家如果有接種過裏面的相關項目，只需要出示接種的官方證明就可以了，這樣可以少挨幾針。

而沒有接種過的疫苗，則需要去接種室確認自己需要接種的項目，一般最多兩針，大概需要花10-20分鐘，接種完之後需要觀察半小時之後才可以離開。
