【應聘者具體應注意以下幾點】 ：

1、接到面試通知後，最好在家打個自我介紹的草稿，然後試着講述幾次，感覺一下。

2、自我介紹時首先應禮貌地做一個極簡短的開場白，並向所有的面試人員（如果有多

個面試考官的話）示意，如果面試考官正在注意別的東西，可以稍微等一下，等他注意轉過

來後才開始。

3、 注意掌握時間，如果面試考官規定了時間，一定要注意時間的掌握，既不能超時太

長，也不能過於簡短。

4、介紹的內容不宜太多的停留在諸如姓名、工作經歷、時間等東西上，因為這些在你

的簡歷表上已經有了，你應該更多的談一些跟你所應聘職位有關的工作經歷和所取得的成

績，以證明你確實有能力勝任你所應聘的工作職位。

5、在作自我簡介時，眼睛千萬不要東張西望，四處遊離，顯得漫不經心的樣子，這會

給人做事隨便、注意力不集中的感覺。眼睛最好要多注視面試考官，但也不能長久注視目不
