四、年會目的

本次年會的流程與安排包括以下兩部分:

(一)年終總結會議

09:00—09:10全體參會人員準時到達公司參加會議。(組織簽到)

09:10—09:25大會第一項:由總經理何雄先生主持(會議),致開幕辭。

09:25—10:30大會進行第二項,各部門及各項目負責人分別做年終述職報告。10:30—11:10大會進行第三項,總經理做總結性發言。

11:10—14:00大會結束,員工散會休息,然後乘車到午宴地點就餐。

14:00—18:00午宴結束,員工飯後稍做休息,到活動地點參加迎新會。

(二)午宴安排

12:00—12:10午宴正式開始:午宴主持人引導大家共同舉杯並致辭。

12:10—14:00用餐時段;

14:00—18:00娛樂時段;

18:00—20:00晚宴時段。

(一)KTV時段:

遊戲一:(猜成語)成語:(道具):以準備好的成語名片

遊戲規則:由__組織提前將成語標籤貼在KTV裏面有,入場後由員工自行抽取一份標籤。答對的就與機會抽取紅包一個,答案不太符合獎勵一杯酒或一杯水。

1、由主持人邀請總經理__引領全體員工唱。

2、公司總經理__為大家獻上一曲。

遊戲3:踩氣球;

(道具):100個氣球

遊戲規則:分為兩組,一組2-3個人,每個人球上綁8個氣球,主持人限定時間3分鐘,互相踩對方隊員腿上的`氣球,3分鐘後,看哪個組隊員總署氣球省的多,就勝出。獲勝者獎勵抽取紅包一次,反之獎勵一杯酒或一杯水

遊戲2:擊鼓傳花;

用具:新年吉祥物

遊戲規則:全體員工做成一排,其中一人新年吉祥物;

另有一人揹着大家或矇眼擊鼓(桌子、黑板或其他能發出聲音的物體),鼓響時眾人開始依次傳花,至鼓停止為止。此時花在誰手中(或其座位前),誰就上台表演節目(有抽獎機會)或則獎勵一杯酒(無抽獎機會)或一杯水(無抽獎機會);

偶然如果花在兩人手中,則兩人可通過猜拳或其它方式決定勝負者。

主持人帶領全體員工一起合唱一首《明天會更好》幸運抽獎活動:用具:抽獎箱、紅包有主持人帶領相聚抽獎,紅包裏面獎勵大小不一。最後主持人邀請全體員工上台合影留念。

六、年會準備及相關注意事項

(一)年會的通知與宣傳:公司辦公室於今天向機關各部門及各項目部發出書面的《關於20__年度年終總結表彰會議暨迎新會通知》,對本次年會活動進行公示和宣傳,達到全員知悉。

物品的採購:抽獎禮品、紅包禮品、筆、紙、抽獎箱。

(二)現場拍照:提前安排好相關人員攜帶數碼相機,做好大會及午宴活動現場的拍照工作。

遊戲規則:每兩人一組,最好是一男一女,讓女士唱歌,必須唱主持人提出特定要求的歌,比如歌詞中要帶動物的、“春”字的等等,在女士唱歌的同時,她的搭檔要根據歌詞舞蹈。在規定時間內,想不出歌曲的一組即被淘汰。

遊戲規則:幾個員工想辦法全部站在一張a4紙上,地方太小了,幾個人只好全部選擇“金雞獨立”,有啤酒肚的還得面朝外腆起肚子,而且還得保持這姿勢20秒,同樣也博得大家一陣狂笑。

4、歌曲舞蹈類節目所需背景音樂自備,並拷貝一份至年會工作項目組,在年會節目正式演出時使用,若如未能提供,耽誤演出和影響效果,項目組概不負責,請參演人員一定切記;

5、參演所需服裝或道具向年會工作項目組申請費用自行租賃;

6、主持人蔘與節目順序的編排,並組織串台詞。

1、發動隊員商量策劃一個慶祝活動方案

(1)、給老師發一封慶祝教師節的電子郵件或通過手機發一條短信,哪怕只有“教師節快樂”這短短的幾個字,都可以表達自己對老師的祝福。

(2)、給老師寫一封表露自己感激之情的親筆信:老師,我最想對您説,説出你最想對老師説的話。

(3)、自己製作一個賀卡或畫一幅畫,加上一行深情的問候送給老師。

(4)、見到老師時送上一聲親切的問候。

(5)、當老師走進教室時,能看到黑板上寫的祝教師節快樂的字。

(6)、認真聽好每位老師的每一堂課,完成好每位老師佈置的每一項作業。

15:30—15:45大會進行第二項,由行政人事部負責人上台宣讀公司各部門及項目主要負責人人事任命決定書。

15:45—16:00大會進行第三項,副總經理宣讀20__年度優秀員工獲得者名單;優秀員工上台領獎,總經理為優秀員工頒發榮譽證書及獎金;優秀員工與總經理合影留念;優秀員工代表發表獲獎感言。

遊戲3:筷子運鑰匙鏈;用具:12支筷子、2個鑰匙鏈;

遊戲規則:6個人一組,分為兩組,每個人嘴裏叼一隻筷子,將鑰匙鏈掛在第一個人的筷子上,第一個人將鑰匙鏈傳給第二個人,必須用筷子傳,不能用手,哪個組最先將筷子傳到最後一個人的筷子上,為贏。

遊戲4:呼啦圈傳區別針;用具:呼啦圈3個、曲別針18個;

遊戲規則:3個人,每人一個呼啦圈,手裏6個曲別針,每個人在轉呼啦圈的同時,要將手裏的6個曲別針連在一起,誰先將6個曲別針連在一起,誰就勝出;

遊戲5:踩氣球;用具:100個氣球

遊戲規則:分為兩組,一組5個人,每個人球上綁10個氣球,主持人限定時間3分鐘,互相踩對方隊員腿上的'氣球,3分鐘後,看哪個組隊員總署氣球省的多,就勝出。

幸運抽獎活動:用具:抽獎箱、卡片49張、乒乓球49個每個人手裏有一張帶數字的卡片,將乒乓球上寫上相應的數字,放進抽獎箱,指派專人分別來抽一至四等獎。
