the four freedoms

in the future days, which we seek to make secure, we look forward to a world founded upon four essential human freedoms.

the first is freedom of speech and expression -- everywhere in the world.

the second is freedom of every person to worship god in his own way -- everywhere in the world.

the third is freedom from want, which, translated into world terms, means economic understandings which will secure to every nation a healthy peacetime life for its inhabitants -- everywhere in the world.

the fourth is freedom from fear, which, translated into world terms, means a world-wide reduction of armaments to such a point and in such a thorough fashion that no nation will be in a position to commit an act of physical aggression against any neighbor -- anywhere in the world.

that is no vision of a distant millennium. it is a definite basis for a kind of world attainable in our own time and generation. that kind of world is the very antithesis of the so-called “new order” of tyranny which the dictators seek to create with the crash of a bomb.

to that new order we oppose the greater conception -- the moral order. a good society is able to face schemes of world domination and foreign revolutions alike without fear.

since the beginning of our american history we have been engaged in change, in a perpetual, peaceful revolution, a revolution which goes on steadily, quietly, adjusting itself to changing conditions without the concentration camp or the quicklime in the ditch. the world order which we seek is the cooperation of free countries, working together in a friendly, civilized society.

this nation has placed its destiny in the hands and heads and hearts of its millions of free men and women, and its faith in freedom under the guidance of god. freedom means the supremacy of human rights everywhere. our support goes to those who struggle to gain those rights and keep them. our strength is our unity of purpose.

to that high concept there can be no end save victory.

我喜歡説一個道理，就是今天你有一顆蘋果，我有一顆蘋果，我們互換的結果，每人只有一顆蘋果；可是今天你有一個思想，我有一個思想，我們互換的結果，每人都可以擁有兩個思想，人生多一點總比少一點好。

我們都知道一句話，叫無知等於愚昧，愚昧決定了貧窮。事實上，我們來看看這句話，為什麼這句話能流傳到今天，它是有一定道理的，我們沒有一個人願意貧窮，可是為什麼很多人貧窮，原因在哪裏？原因在於他愚昧。他為什麼會愚昧？因為他無知。什麼是無知？沒有看到過，沒有聽到過，沒有遇到過，沒有處理過，就是無知的，各位認同我的觀點嗎？是還是不是？是。

我們要想一想，今天無論在任何一個角度，大家都知道，經驗是最好的老師。可是有一句話，經驗這個老師的學費太昂貴了，有人需要花畢生精力。如果今天李強在這裏和各位分享，讓我們未來工作更開心，收穫更多一點，能夠為我們的家人，為我們的環境，乃至於為我們的社會創造更多，你們願意嗎？我相信每個人，無論你回答不回答，我們都會説願意。原因在哪裏？我們沒有辦法迴避這一切。

2014年前孔子説了一句話，他説“窮則獨修其身，達則兼濟天下”，我覺得這句話對我的觸動非常大。説一個人，在你窮的時候，你必須要學會獨修其身，這個時候你不用想別的，你要來完善你自己，你必須把你自己完善好。這個時候我喜歡的就是，如果我們想做雷鋒，首先要保證我們不是被雷鋒幫的對象，我們首先要做到一個自強不息，自己來滿足自己。達則兼濟天下，我們發現今天，所有的那些做慈善的人，在座的各位，沒有一個沒有愛心的，就像我説天下沒有一個不孝敬父母的子女，可是當他自己都不能豐衣足食的時候，他想孝敬父母拿什麼？就跟在座的各位一樣，中秋節剛過，十一剛過，我們有多少人回家看望了父母？我們有多少人真正在變季的時候，能給父母寄去一件象樣的衣衫？能夠在過節的時候，想着千里給父母帶點東西，或者把父母接過來，感受一下國慶節首都的風采？你們不想嗎？沒有一個人不想。可是我們為什麼不這麼做？環境必須得允許。所以我説天下沒有不孝的子女，只有無能的子女。

今天在這裏，我們就真正打開了一個面紗，我給大家帶來的是：同心無敵。可能聽到這樣一句話，首先大家感覺到，同心無敵這個話很像口號，這是一種嚮往。沒錯，真正能做到它非常難，但是難並不等於不能，因為我們如果今天，不能明白這樣一個道理，不能知道與社會如何融入，不能夠明白在我們的職場當中，在我們的人生交際當中，如何改變自己的命運，如何達到更迅速的讓自己的人生，在短時間內完成原始積累，能夠更加體現個人的價值和意義，我想我們就要比別人走更多的彎路。

今天在座的各位，比我年齡小的都是我的兄弟和妹妹，比我年長的是我的兄長，是我的姐姐，我們在這裏平易的去溝通，大家做一個交流，任何的課題，沒有絕對，只有相對，取其精華，去其糟粕，如果李強今天的到來，能夠真正的幫到各位，在未來的工作中、生活中，得到提升，錢給多少都會花完，福利給多少都會用完，但是請大家記住，知識將永遠伴隨你的一生。真正有知識的人，有才華的人、有能力的人，走到哪裏都會受人重視，都會受人敬重。有人跟我説如果讓你今天再次歸零，再次一無所有，你認為多長時間可以東山再起？保守的説，一年之內我至少還是個百萬富翁，因為今天我在社會上有非常高的認可度，今天我自己對於企業的管理、企業的經營，企業的人、財、物，各方面的運用，已經確確實實做到了如指掌，這是我的一技之長，所以我不擔心，人帶着才華到哪裏都可以白手起家。就像2014年我走在深圳火車站的時候，身上只有2.4元。93年在中關村我成立華強電子，兩年賠了240萬，那時候我 1

真正讀懂老闆兩個字，好説，好寫，不好做，麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。

當我在中國傳媒大學演講的時候，有一個學生問我：“倡導和諧社會，講究人人平等，今天中國貧富差距這麼大，你怎麼看待這個問題？難道説當今的企業家，就不再是剝削嗎？請您回答這個問題。”這個問題很尖鋭，我回答得也很尖鋭，我説：“愚昧，無知。你為什麼不當老闆？你為什麼不當企業家？你也可以選擇。”“我沒錢”。我説：“好，我現在給你5000萬，你告訴我，你做什麼？”“我還沒有想好。”我説：“你還沒有想好，我來告訴你，給你留兩個字，失眠。”因為5000萬不會白給你，就算是銀行給你5000萬，也是要利息的。你晚上一睡覺，一閉眼睛，就會聽到錢在不斷流失的聲音，你每天都要付利息。而説到企業管理，三句話可能就可以做出一個決定，看好進口，管好出口，調整好胃口。進口是原料、人才，出口是成品、服務，胃口是人、機、料、發、還五大要素，你那一樣不懂，螻蟻之穴足以使萬里大堤崩潰，今天你沒有經歷過的一切，你沒有成長過，你以為就那麼容易嗎？

所以今天我要跟各位兄弟姐妹，我們在一切交流溝通，要真正從觀點上、觀念上來理解，我們自身未來。我們把億萬富翁的一些經營理念、為人處事方式、方法給各位溝通、分享，你認為對你未來的人生，會有幫助嗎？有。

記住，如果你不能給對方物質的滿足，一定要學會給對方精神上的滿足。天下永遠沒有白吃的午餐，任何的時候，我們如果想得到一些東西，請你記住，一定要先給別人一些東西。銀行裏取錢，是先存後取，卡上才會有錢。為人處事也是這樣。我經常講一句話，親愛的朋友，你對別人的方式，決定着別人對你的方式，別人所有對你的方式，都是你教給別人的。我給大家舉個最簡單的例子：

李強：你好，我姓李。

觀眾：你好，我姓姚。

李強：你好，我叫李強。

觀眾：我叫趙書雨。

各位，我告訴他我姓李，他就告訴我他姓姚，我告訴另一位女士我叫李強，她就告訴我她叫趙書雨。所以你會發現，其實很簡單的一個道理，但是他會打開通往人脈的一個大門。事實上，萬事萬物不要故弄玄虛，沒有太高深莫測的東西，這麼多年我走過來，發現其實很多東西很簡單，就是一層紙。但是這層紙，有沒有人幫你捅破很重要。

你的生命要不要更精彩，你未來的收入要不要更高，你未來的人緣要不要更好，未來在單位要不要更高的收入？要。各位記住一句話：張嘴三分利，不給也保本。自己是沒有損失的。我不説沒人知道，我不要沒有人知道我的需求。（向現場觀眾借筆）我來的時候手裏沒有筆，現在説一句很簡單的話，就可以解決很多不便的事情。你要知道你不長嘴説這句話，你就有很多的不便跟着你不便，不便變成延伸的不便，這些不便帶給你更多的不變。

有人説，我幹嗎老需要被人説教？沒有人願意被人説教。你發現一個問題，我不讓你鼓掌你就不鼓掌，我讓你鼓掌你就很輕鬆，我也很輕鬆。你會發現馬上形成互動，否則就是單口相聲，這樣聽着你也累，我也累。

所以我告訴大家，無論我們在任何情況下，請你記住這句對你一生都有幫助的話，把它寫下來：在任何的情況下，抱怨對事情的本身，不會有絲毫的幫助，它只會使人更加消極，更加痛苦。你會發現，無論任何事情的結果，你去抱怨他，都不會給你帶來幫助。如我們走在大街上，錢包被小偷偷了，很倒黴。你哭、你鬧、你迷茫，又被車撞了，是不是更倒黴？相反，錢包丟了，我們值不值得慶祝？值得，因為他是小偷不是強盜，如果是強盜沒準把命都丟了。每件事情的發生必有其原因，必有其結果，必有其收穫，就看你的收穫點。所以成熟有一個成長的過程，成長的過程當中，你所經歷的一切都是正常的。

為什麼人和人之間會慢慢的拉開距離？拉開距離的原因不在於他的外殼，而在於他的大腦。大腦是天生的嗎？不是，而在於後天。所有人只要父母給一個健康的外殼，再給一個健康的、可以儲存的大腦，我們就可以有無數的數據輸進去。一個人輸入什麼數據，裏面就會是什麼。

你們想不想一張嘴就口吐蓮花、倒掛長江、滔滔不絕？想。因為你知道一言九鼎，重如泰山，三寸之舌強於百萬雄獅。一個人是人才未必有口才，但一個人有口才他一定是人才。因為他能夠表達出來，證明他腦子裏有。腦子裏沒有，嘴巴一定表達不出來。有人跟我説要學口才，我告訴你口才是教不會的，因為所有口才不好的人，不是他口才不好，是因為他大腦詞彙量儲備不夠，他想表達一個意思，大腦裏面的詞典翻不出來可以形容的詞。我們聽不懂英文嗎？是因為大腦裏沒有翻譯的軟件。所有語言的障礙，並不是你嘴巴不好使。你談自己從小到大，談同學如何如何，兩個小時沒有一個重字，這是因為打開了你正好裝滿的那個數據庫。讓你談別的，你大腦就一片空白，是因為你裏面沒有裝。

一個人的聲音和他的自信心有關係。一個人聲音洪亮，證明他充滿自信。在任何公共場所，任何一次交流，你的聲音會直接導致別人對你自信心的相信度，會直接影響你的交際，你的交際會影響到你的生意，你的生意會影響到你的業績，你的業績會影響到你的生活品質。

世界上沒有無緣無故的愛，同樣也沒有無緣無故得恨。同樣的還可以這樣説：世界上沒有無緣無故的富有，也沒有無緣無故的貧窮。今天，我們就把它打開，怎樣讓我們同心無敵。

為什麼要説同心，這個同是志同道合，不能同流怎能合作。自古至今有一句話：志不同、道不合，不相為謀。所以我們講究志同道合，萬眾一心，才可以同心無敵。同流帶來什麼？自古至今我們都知道一排籬笆三個樁，一個好漢三個幫。成功20%靠自己，80%靠別人。請你記住，成功一定是靠別人，加自己的努力。你仔細去想一想，這個世界上沒有一個人不是靠別人的提攜、別人的提拔、別人的重視、別人的信賴、別人的扶持而成功的。所以今天這個觀念的改變，將直接影響你一生的觀念。過去一個人靠自己，累死你。人就是一撇一捺，沒有支撐，怎麼能靠自己。單打獨鬥的時代已經成為歷史，今天是真正合作的時代。在非洲草原上，太陽升起，如果你看到羚羊在奔跑，梅花鹿在奔跑，那一定是獅子老虎來了，如果你看到獅子在奔跑，一定是象羣來了，如果你看到象羣、長頸鹿都在奔跑，那就是螞蟻兵團來了，這種螞蟻非常厲害，不管多麼兇猛的野獸都被它吃掉。我們都説捏死一隻螞蟻那麼簡單，可是螞蟻一旦成羣卻厲害極了。螞蟻為什麼這麼厲害？是因為它由團隊的意識。攻無不克、戰無不勝的共產黨，之所以最後能贏得戰爭最後的勝利，取得的就是一句話：萬眾一心。沒有萬眾一心，沒有共同的志同道合的追求，怎麼會有今天的新中國？所以我們的“同”不是為別人。當我們説我們要和別人同心同德的時候，都在想，兩口子還離心離德，憑什麼同心同德？不懂的同心同德，就是沒有給予，沒有給予就不會有收穫。種瓜得瓜，種豆得豆，給予別人什麼，自己就會得到什麼。

沒有朋友的人是孤獨的，沒有朋友的人是失敗的。沒有朋友為什麼會失敗？為什麼説做人，先做人後做事？眼中有人，心中有事，萬事順人，必成大業。説一個人要想做事，先做人。人為什麼做好了，做事能成功呢。如你走路的時候，看到一個井蓋壞了，就告訴別人繞着走；你在路上堵車就告訴朋友別從這裏走了。人沒有天才，當你把缺陷都彌補上了，你就是天才。成功就是避免失敗。一個人很多事在朋友的提醒下，給你把握了方向，你就會避免走很多彎路。而相反，你跟任何人都不交往，甚至於你人氣很差，你跟任何人都為敵，如前面一個下水道，你不跟別人説，看着他掉進去。很簡單的一個道理，反映出人生的一個哲理。
