隨着改革開放的進一步深入，英語教學越來越受到重視，在少數民族地區開設英語課已成為發展趨勢。我們學校自1983年成立以來就開設了英語課，我負責高一的英語課教學,讓我教英語，我很願意學以致用，讓每個學生都和我一起學好英語，邁入新世紀。作為教師，我們有責任使每個學生學好英語。我們少數民族地區學校缺少英語學習環境，我就把我的英語自修與英語教學結合起來，與學生共同學習；人與人之間存在着一定的差異，這是客觀的，要大面積提高教學質量，必須面向全體學生，因材施教，充分調動每一個學生的積極性主動性，讓每個學生主動地、生動活潑地學習和發展，一步一個腳印，最終都有所學。

英語語言有三個方面，即語音、語法以及詞彙。語音是根本的。語法和詞彙都是通過語音得到體現的。在學習英語的過程中，學好發音是十分重要的第一步。只有學好發音，才能聽懂別人説的話，也才能讓別人聽懂你説的話。能聽能説，英語就算學活了。只有學好發音，才能把所學的語言材料以正確的形式在腦子裏存儲下來，以正確的形式使它重現，從而加強對語言的感受，最有效地掌握語法和詞彙，提高實際使用的能力。因此，學好發音是不可缺少的第一步。發音沒有認真學好，不僅英語説不好，連朗讀都有困難；這樣，就很難學得活和學得牢，也很難較快地嚐到學習英語的甜頭。一開頭學好語音，學英語的方法對，路子寬，以後收效會越來越大的。

從第一節英語課開始我就滲透語音教學，教給學生髮音，強調發音要領,持之以恆,以聽説為主方向，讓學生在有意和無意中真正感受到英語.學生學習英語，光會説幾個單詞、幾句簡單的日常用語，如“hello！bye-bye！”是遠遠不夠的，不能引起他們學習的興趣，英語離他們是遙遠的，所以要創造條件使學生充分地去練習聽説。let's play中的繞口令，以及我平時教給學生的一些句子都可以看作是例句，課上課下、師生之間、同學之間進行“有意練習”、“無意練習”。

學習英語的另一塊基石就是詞彙，不管是聽説還是讀寫，都離不開詞彙，所以，一定要重視詞彙教學。一是讓學生自己通過課本插圖、我去引導明確單詞中文意義，二是學生自己看清單詞字母組成、利用音圖拼讀出來；學有餘力的學生可以自己藉助字典學習，我給予指正。在鞏固記憶方面，採取定期聽寫、隨機複習的方式.教學中的遊戲對鞏固教學有很大作用，可以讓學生在快樂的遊戲中自然地學英語。學生產生了學習興趣，我的教學也比較順利了。

此外，每課結束後，我都要帶領學生進行系統複習，學生先練習，然後在我跟前“一一過關”，查漏補缺。我把這些情況以表格形式記錄，對學生情況做到心中有數。

在課堂教學、課後複習時，我對自制力強、學有餘力的學生“放手”讓其“自學”，並要他們幫助其他同學；對有一定自制力、有一定知識和能力的學生給予輔導，組織他們一起學習；對自制力較差、知識和能力水平低的學生重點輔導，並組織其他學生幫助他們。我鼓勵學生之間一起學習、交流，以促進他們的學習。

雖然我在教學方法、形式上有所變化，但還是較單一、死板，主要還是老師單純講解、學生聽，練習仍是老師單純叫、學生答，那些“優秀生”聽得進去、讀得下來，而有的學生對你的課就置若罔聞了.更重要的原因是教學的覆蓋面小，上面所説的教學方案並沒有完全實施。由於我的時間、精力的原因和學生的個體情況不同，我與學習好一點兒的學生接觸、交流的機會相對於學習差一點兒的學生多。比如，課堂提問並沒有特別注意中等生和後進生。再如課後 “優秀生”“隨時隨地”找我練習，不對或不熟練的地方在我指導後再反覆練習；中等生、特別是後進生，我得“主動”和他們“預約”，而他們往往“失約”；學習小組也沒有完全搞起來；我對中等生和後進生“把關”也不嚴，中等生不熟練就放過去了，後進生是勉強“過關”。結果，“優秀的”越優秀，“落後的”越落後。

我計劃在以後的英語教學中不斷加強教育教學理論和英語的學習，提高自己的英語水平完善我的教學方案。更重要的兩個方面是花工夫、下力氣、千方百計徹底實施教學方案和培養學生的學習自制力以及良好的學習習慣。
