第一篇:臨時僱傭工的辭職報告

尊敬的領導:

您好!

很遺憾在這個時候向公司正式提出辭職,或許我還不是正式職工,只是臨時僱傭的,不需要寫這封辭職信。當您看到這封信時,也許我已經不在公司了,但是請您通知財務為我結算這個月的工資。謝謝!

來到公司已經不短的時間了,開始感覺公司的氣氛就和一個大家庭一樣,大家相處的融洽和睦,在這裏有過歡笑,有過收穫,當然也有過痛苦。雖然多少有些不快,不過在這裏至少還是學了一些東西。

在幾個月的工作中,我確實學到了不少,然而工作上的毫無成就感總讓自己彷徨。我開始了思索,認真的思考。思考的結果――或許自己並不適合我公司定義的這項工作。

最初來公司每天的工作感覺還是非常讓人有成就感的,每天通知在銀行貸款購買房屋的業主們,他除了可以享受銀行的優質貸款服務以外,還可以有選擇的得到我們公司為其提供的手機一部,只需要提交身份證複印件,連續使用兩年省錢的包月套餐即可。這是一項很誘人的服務,所以有很多人都辦理了這項業務,我在幫他們辦理業務的時候也學到了不少的東西,在這裏要感謝公司。

第一個月的工資拿到手的時候,我非常地高興,我當時就想,拿着公司不算低的工資,我一定要為公司創造價值,同時在以後的工作中努力,以達到當時面試我的冀總向我提到的,在我們公司好好工作,完成當時公司給我制定的目標,答謝公司對我的信任。

在之後的工作中,很榮幸的得到了您的親自指導,您在工作經驗以及業務上比我強了不知多少,我很是佩服。我當時想的就是要跟着你好好幹下去,不辜負您對我的栽培。

可是在隨後的工作中卻出現了問題 您忙,我們都知道,貴人都有忘事的時候,我理解您。可是在以後的月份,我領取第二個月份工資的時候,已經降低了非常大的工資標準。沒關係,公司有困難我們可以理解,大家都是公司的一分子,理應為公司分憂,可是麻煩您事先説一聲,好嗎?這樣當我在月底才領到工資之前,就會勒緊褲腰帶,把一分錢掰成兩半花,才不必低着頭紅着臉又問父母要錢花。要知道,第二個月份的工資您才給我發了不到400塊錢啊!連吃飯都不夠 啊!

別人上班是為了掙錢,我上班卻是貼錢啊!這點錢是怎麼得來的您應該比我清楚,我辛辛苦苦的為公司工作卻只得了這麼點錢,看來我在公司的處境還比不上一個臨時僱用的促銷。可悲啊!

從這個月開始,公司裏的其他同事都享受到了基本社會保險的優待了。沒有人問到我,或許您這麼做,自有您的考慮。可是輪到給我上保險這一項,您又神奇般的忘記了,對嗎?

所謂疑人不用,用人不疑。不知道您是不是懷疑我當初來公司的動機,所以事後才對我區別對待,但是我可以向您保證,我絕不是託關係走後門進的公司,也沒有任何的裙帶關係,我是一心一意想在我們公司做出一番事業,成就一片藍天的。可惜往往是與願違。

因為我年輕,我必須學會選擇,我不能放棄我接下來生命的精彩!因為我年輕,我必須學會清醒,麻木的忍受精神和物質的傷害,會葬送我本應絢爛的人生!

我無法繼續時,我選擇放棄!我無法忍受時,我選擇逃避!我有選擇活着,且活的真我的權利!

甲方根據乙方的生產需要,為乙方提供短期傭工人員,為明確雙方的權利義務,經甲乙雙方協商一致同意,訂立如下協議:

一、短期傭工期限:

本協議期限自2014年6月 日起至2014年7月 日止。

二、合作內容:

1、甲方為乙方提供符合乙方用人需求的相關務工人員。

2、甲方為乙方提供的勞務人員,由甲方發放務工人員工資。

三、員工工資的結算與支付:

1、務工人員每天的工作時間9-10小時的,每月出勤25天;工資報酬為每人每月1700元。

2、結算時間和方式:乙方應在每月10日前將務工人員的薪資結算與甲方,甲方現場發放短期傭工人員的佣金。工資單交乙方存檔做賬。

四、甲方的權利和義務:

1、甲方根據乙方的用人需求,在本協議簽定後7天內為乙方輸送達到法定用工年齡、並經乙方確認合格的務工人員赴乙方工作。

2、甲方負責短期傭工人員招收,簡單的職前培訓工作;教導短期傭工人員嚴格遵守乙方日常生產管理、崗位調動、績效考核,遵守乙方制訂的安全生產、勞動紀律、操作規範、崗位責任制等乙方各項管理規章制度。

3、甲方負責定期對短期務工人員進行有效的勞務跟蹤和勞務管理,可以採取多種形式瞭解乙方使用短期傭工人員的情況,乙方應予以配合;甲方應協助乙方教育短期傭工人員遵守國家法律、法規,有義務協助乙方做好短期工人員的思想工作。

4、甲方應負責對短期務工人員進行輸送前的政策、法律教育,職業道德培訓,提供必要的建議和指導,並如實介紹乙方情況。

5、甲方負責短期務工人員的錄用、退工手續,負責處理短期傭工人員因在乙方工作期滿或因違反乙方各項管理規章制度被終止勞務工作的事宜。

6、短期傭工人員在乙方工作期間發生工傷、職業病、死亡等事故的,乙方應及時通報和處理。發生的相應費用乙方承擔。

7、短期傭工人員在工作中因故意或重大過失給乙方造成經濟損失的,經甲乙雙方認定或相關機構認定後,由責任人員負責賠償,甲方應配合乙方進行追償。

五、乙方的權利和義務:

1、乙方使用短期傭工人員必須明確其告知工作內容。

2、乙方應為短期傭工人員提供基本的勞動條件和崗位勞動保護,並對短期傭工人員進行必要的崗位培訓和安全教育。短期傭工人員發生工作傷亡事故或因工造成第三者傷害事故(經

有關權威部門認定),乙方應按國家相關規定處理。

3、乙方需按本協議規定及時足額向甲方支付本協議相關勞務費用,不得拖欠。

4、乙方有權按照制定的各項管理規章制度對短期傭工人員進行考勤考核獎懲考核,乙方可對短期傭工人員採取相應的獎懲措施。

5、乙方有權查詢甲方發放短期傭工人員的工資情況。

6、乙方對短期傭工人員實行每天8---10小時每週至少休息一天的工作制度,乙方因生產需要短期傭工人員加班的應按有關國家規定支付勞務人員加班費或給予調休。

7、短期傭工人員有下列情況之一的,乙方有權遣返退回甲方,涉及經濟處罰或經濟賠償等問題時,按照乙方相關規章制度由甲方負責處理後返還乙方。

(1)試用期內被證明不符合乙方錄用工條件的;

(2)嚴重違反乙方勞動紀律和各項管理規章制度的;

(3)嚴重失職,營私舞弊,給乙方造成300元以上損失的;

(4)被依法追究刑事責任的;

(5)短期傭工人員不能勝任工作,經培訓或調整崗位考核,仍不能勝任工作的。

8、如乙方終止使用短期傭工,乙方應提前7天書面通知甲方以便甲方處理。

六、協議糾紛處理:

因履行本協議發生爭議的,由雙方協商處理;協商不成的,雙方均有權向有管轄權的法院提起訴訟。

七、其他事項:

1、本協議未盡事宜,由甲乙雙方協商一致後書面補充約定,補充協議與本協議內容有不一致的,以補充協議內容為準。

2、本協議一式兩份,經甲乙雙方簽字蓋章後生效,甲乙雙方各執一份,每份具有同等法律效力。
