1實習方向：工程力學認識實習

2實習目的：

讓我們從實踐中對這門自己即將從事的專業獲得一個感性認識，為今後專業課的學習打下堅實的基礎,為今後書本與實踐的結合打下基礎。實習中，將所學知識和實習內容互相驗證，並對一些實際問題加以分析和討論，使學生對建築工程專業的基本知識有一個良好的感性認識，瞭解專業概況，為後續專業理論知識的學習奠定一個良好的基礎，同時，使學生對本行業的工作性質有一個初步的瞭解，培養學生對本專業的熱愛，強化學生的事業心和責任感，鞏固專業思想。通過實習讓我們對建築物的規模,作用及特點有了初步的瞭解。

3實習過程

(一)

實習時間：2014年06月22日

實習地點：xx大學建築技術示範基地

在實踐基地有各種建築模型，散水，排水管，屋面桁架，植被屋面，保温牆的三種做法等等。

種植屋面：在屋面防水層上付土覆土或鋪設鋸末、蛭石等鬆散材料，並種植植物，起到隔熱作用的屋面。鋼筋直螺紋接頭優點：接頭抗拉強度高，質量可靠，不燒傷鋼筋不減少有效截面面積，工序簡單，成本較低，施工安全，不污染環境。受氣候影響。能做到連續工作。施工工藝：購入成螺紋連接套筒並驗收合格，鋼筋斷料，斷頭切平。鋼筋螺紋滾壓成型鋼筋現場螺紋直接。空心砌塊磚：煤渣、煤矸石、尾礦渣、化工渣或天然砂、海塗泥等(以上原料的一種或數種)作為主要原料，不經高温煅燒而製造的一種新型牆體材料稱之為免燒磚。由於該種材料強度高、耐久性好、尺寸標準、外形完整、色澤均一，具有古樸自然的外觀，可做清水牆也可以做任何外裝飾。因此，是一種取代粘土磚的極有發展前景的更新換代產品。

(二)

實習時間：2014年06月23日

實習地點：xxxx再建商業區

建築總面積為6300平方米。工程期三年零六個月，施工以基本完成，正在進行裝修階段。建築採用框架結構，受力方式為樑板承重結構。花崗巖鋼架固定式貼牆，外觀美觀，堅固耐用。外牆是玻璃幕牆具有良好的隔聲﹑隔熱及保温的功能。

點支式玻璃幕牆施工工藝流程：

(1)測量放線

(2)鋼結構製作安裝

(3)焊接處理

(4)接件安裝

(5)玻璃清洗及安裝

(6)調整打膠清洗

(7)檢查驗收

由於再建建築間加了剛結構天橋，建築局部將承受更多荷載，必須做加固處理。採用了粘貼鋼板和碳纖維方法加固。確保了天橋放置處樑及柱的安全。

(三)

實習時間：2014年06月24日

實習地點：xxxx路生活區舊城改造工程

建築物採用框架結構，承受結構由混凝土現澆而成，圍護構建是混凝土砌塊，地下二層，地上十八層。建築面積11432平方米。牆體上預留洞一部分是支模板澆灌水泥時用來固定模板的，還有其它的洞眼是留做線路通道。樓梯口處樓板混凝土只留配筋，目的是以便工程驗收只用。由於砌塊澆注問題，出現了牆體局部不垂直，砂輪機將突出部分打磨掉，保證牆體的平整。

(四)

實習時間：2014年06月25日

實習地點：xx大橋

xx最大的城市橋樑工程，也時省內技術較為先進規模較大的城市橋樑，時也是配合xx公園中再建景觀橋。全長220米，單跨100米，總寬55米。由市城建局項目部及施工方組織承建。

大橋採用拱型結構。主跨為剛管拱，主跨由四根預應力鋼絞固定，主跨兩側的拱為半拱，混凝土澆鑄而成。兩個半跨下面的柱子連接處加了抗震橡膠墊。從而減少地震力對橋身造成的破壞。橋面由左右兩個主跨用懸索支撐。圓弧鋼管用混凝土填充，該結構能抵抗更大的壓力和拉力，提高了整體的穩定性和強度。在大橋的主跨之間用大量的‘k’型鋼架固定。預防橋面左右晃動，增強了大橋的整體性.

(五)

實習時間：2014年06月26日

實習地點：xx市xx生態工業園區在建汽車裝配車間

廠房為南北兩跨結構，房頂鋼架由主次樑構成，主樑橫向，次樑縱向，次樑搭在主樑上。主次樑成矩形，結構簡單，受力合理。增強建築的整體穩定性。

整個廠房由三排牛腿柱兩排屋架組裝而成，搭建單層雙跨廠房。堅固耐用，經濟合理。牛腿柱的安裝方法是澆鑄杯型基礎，再將預製的牛腿柱吊裝到基礎之中，

調整柱的位置，然後放置柳丁，用水泥砂漿灌縫填充固定。現場工人師傅正在預製鋼筋混凝土桁架屋頂。屋頂為三角形，每一個模型可做四個屋頂。不僅省時省力，而且減少了預製屋頂製作時的誤差。

(六)

實習時間：2014年06月29日

實習地點：六教101教室

觀看了關於力學的應用的資料片，主要講了在航空航天及水利工程領域上的應用。固體力學是力學中形成較早、理論性較強、應用較廣的一個分支，它主要研究可變形固體在外界因素(如載荷、温度、濕度等)作用下，其內部各個質點所產生的位移、運動、應力、應變以及破壞等的規律。流體力學主要研究在各種力的作用下，流體的狀態，以及流體和固體壁面、流體和流體間、流體與其他運動形態之間的相互作用的重要分支。計算力學是根據力學中的理論，利用現代電子計算機和各種數值方法，解決力學中的實際問題的一門新興學科。它橫貫力學的各個分支，不斷擴大各個領域中力學的研究和應用範圍，同時也在逐漸發展自己的理論和方法。
