為了更加適應多元化競爭，我任職於校區國旗班祕書長一職，充分提高自身組織能力，溝通協調能力以及文書寫作能力。在班級中作為學習委員的我，組建學習小組，充分提高大家的學習積極性，學習效率，促進班集體和諧。能夠儘量好的完成任務，並協調其他班委的工作，擁有合作的精神。

當然，在學校的這些鍛鍊是不夠的，暑假我在鎧域物流有限公司擔任會計助理，將税法及財務會計知識運動到實際工作中，培養自己的細緻及耐心；在深圳市鵬城會計師事務所（廣東分所）擔任審計助理，隨同審計師四處出差，體驗工作環境的變遷，每天超過十二個小時的工作，讓我鍛煉出承受高強度工作的能力。

不用贅言，大家都知道，寫 求職信 的最後目的在獲得職位，不過，現在的公司老闆很少是看信不看人僱用求職的人。一封 求職信 無論如何文辭並茂，令人心動，公司人事主管非見到這個人的外表是不會給予工作機會的。因此， 求職信 的目的在於獲得面談的機會。

寫求職信的要點

公司的老闆大多認為，注重小節的人對重大的事務也會謹慎行事。一個人做人做事是否謹慎可以從一封求職信中看出端倪來。你別看輕了短短的一封信，一封求職信可以顯露出一個人的嗜好、鑑別力、教育程度以及人格特性。下列幾個要點便是泄露一個人‘機密‘的地方。因此，寫信人非格外留意不可。

1、紙張的選用：最好使用品質優良，白色的信紙。信封要配合信紙的質料和顏色。

2、書寫：求職者常需用親手寫信，字體要寫得清潔可辯，龍飛鳳舞的字跡無疑是自尋絕路。如果可能的話，使用打字機把信打出來。這樣看起來比較具有商業氣息。

3、格式：信文要適當地排列在信紙中，格式要一致，如採用齊頭式（或斜線式）便需全部一致，不可中途改變

4、語法、標點和拼寫：正確無誤的語法、標點和拼寫使讀信人感到舒暢，錯誤的語法或拼寫則十分明顯，一望即知，予人壞印象。尤其要注意的是，絕不可把收信人的姓名或公司名號拼錯了。

5、信封：信封上面的地址要完整，稱謂要合時宜，信紙的摺疊要適當，大小適合信封。

6、附件：求職信函通常不須附加推薦信，除非招聘廣告有此要求。遇到這種情形，只須附上覆印件即可。求職函內附加郵票或回址信封，強迫對方答覆的作法不足效法，除非對方有此要求。

信函的內容

求職信函內容應包括那些？通常根據所欲謀求的工作性質而定。基本上，可以包括下列幾項：

１、寫這封信的目的或動機：通常求職信都是針對報紙上招聘廣告而寫的。若此，信中便須提到何月何日的報紙，有時‘工作機會‘是從朋友或介紹所（如青輔會就業輔導中心）聽來的，有時是寫信人不知某機構、公司有工作機會，毛遂自薦而寫的信，不論是哪一種，求職信上一定要説明寫信的緣起和目的。

2、個人資料：寫信人應述明自己的年齡或出生年月，教育背景，尤其是和應徵(謝謝你訪問好範文)的職位有關的訓練或教育科目、工作經驗或特殊的技能；如無實際經驗，略述在學類似經驗亦可。

3、備詢人員或推薦人：正常的順序是先獲得這些人同意後再把他們的姓名、地址列入信中，推薦人二至三名即可。

4、結尾：求職信的結尾在希望並請求未來的僱主允以面談的機會，因此，信中要表明可以面談的時間。使用的句子要有特性、避免軟弱、老生常談的濫調。
