尊敬的領導:

我十分遺憾自己在這個時候向公司高層正式提出辭職申請。

來到公司也快三年的時間了,在這近三年裏,得到了公司同事多方的大力幫助,我對公司各位同事表達十分的感謝。在這裏我有過很多歡笑,也有過很多淚水,更有過不少的收穫。公司平等的人際關係和極其開明的工作作風和制度,一時間讓我有了依靠的感覺,在這裏我能開心的工作和學習。或許這真是對的,但是由此我開始了思索,認真的思考。

但是最近我感覺到自己不是很適合做這份工作,同時也想換一個新的環境去體驗。我也很清楚這時候向公司辭職於公司於自己都是一個考驗,公司正值用人之際,公司新的項目的啟動,所有的後續工作在公司上下極力重視下一步步推進。也正是考慮到公司今後在這個項目安排的合理性,本着對公司負責的態度,為了不讓公司因我而造成的決策失誤,我鄭重向公司提出辭職。

我考慮在此辭呈遞交之後的2—4周內離開公司,這樣您將有時間去尋找適合人選,來填補因我離職而造成的空缺,同時我也能夠協助您對新人進行入職培訓,使他儘快熟悉工作。

能為公司效力的日子不多了,我一定會把好自己最後一班崗,做好工作的交接工作,盡力讓項目做到平衡過渡。離開這個公司,離開這些曾經同甘共苦的同事,很捨不得,捨不得領導們的尊尊教誨,捨不得同事之間的那片真誠和友善。
