二、實習經歷及心得

7.2到8.2期間，我通過面試有幸進入中國農業銀行萊陽市支行實習，雖然實習的時間不長，我卻在這寶貴的時間裏學到了好多東西，豐富並實踐了大學的理論知識，同時也深感自己知識面的匱乏，鑑定了我積極學習的信念。在工作中，工作態度的轉變是我學到的重要的一筆人生財富。“技術水平只能讓你達到一定的層次，而為人出事的態度及對工作認真負責的態度才是提升你的真正法寶。”主任的一席話給我上了實習的第一課。在實習期間，我虛心學習，認真工作，認真完成工作任務，並與同事建立了良好的關係，得到了行裏員工的一致認可。在實習中，我學習了農行改革的各案例，並發現了改革中的問題，結合本專業的學習。

(一)跟主任學習相應的理論知識，及各種文件

在實習的前幾天裏，我主要跟主任學習，一方面要學習相關的實務操作，其中會計佔決大多數，既要強化已有的知識，還要學習新的知識，另一方面，還要學習人民銀行下達的相關文件。結合農行金融報，金融研究等雜誌刊物，瞭解銀行改革的方向，動態。今年是四大商業銀行改革的關鍵時刻，銀行改革舉措眾多，是什麼因素引發的政策改變呢?實務操作上，農業銀行對現有系統進行改革，從9.1，中國農業銀行將開始使用農行綜合應用系統(abis)。業務操作上，加強對票據結算的管理，從7.1開始，啟用新版票據及結算憑證，同舊版相比，對票據用户有什麼要求?相應的規定有什麼變化?金融動態上，分析金融大家言論，關注人民幣匯率改革-自2014年7月21日起，我國開始實行以市場供求為基儲參考一籃子貨幣進行調節、有管理的浮動匯率制度。人民幣匯率不再盯住單一美元，形成更富彈性的人民幣匯率機制。股權分置改革。其中特別是對吳敬璉關於股市五大觀點-中國股市黑不得;政府託市，國企圈錢禍國殃民;中國股市是泡沫;中國股市受政府決定，政策無人預測;千點不該託市，補償流通股股東不公平的爭論。產品經營上，商業銀行是如何一步步進行混業經營的嘗試-銀證一卡-通，銀行基金號發行。信貸經營上，關注身邊的變化，公司的兼併重組，同時，鐵礦，原油，勞動力成本價格上升，都會影響企業信貸質量。

在學習中，我深切的感到，學習就是為了提高，提高素質，加強對工作的負責態度，每一個員工都有權利和義務去學習!因為四大商業銀行中，農行改革起步晚，存在的問題又多-資產負債率低，壞帳多。資產準備率也是最低的。因此，作為一名農行員工都應該積極對待改革，並在改革中，以實際行動履行一個員工的責任。

(二)跟業務員學習操作

在學習了各種相關知識的同時，我還積極向業務員學習。因為現在銀行是實行的櫃員制，所以我並沒有機會去進行操作，但是就是從旁邊的學習中，我學到了工作之外的東西。當銀行提出從以產品創新為中心到以顧客為中心轉變的原則時，就是對業務員最大的挑戰和考驗。業務員所要求的不僅是熟練的業務操作，更應懂得如何同顧客交流，為顧客服務，服務優於管理，一個好的管理者更是一個好的服務者。起初對於那種一張報紙，一杯茶的管理者的生活在這徹底改變，報紙是瞭解客户，瞭解銀行的手段。茶是服務於客户的。“創建學習性組織，爭做學習性員工”每個員工勤奮學習的精神，帶動着銀行業務的廣泛開展。
