writer: honore de balzac

i have spent about two months in reading eugenie grandet. in my opinion, it is really a good novel for us which is worthy to be read. after reading, i know that money can buy something but not everything. for better understanding of the novel, i will divide this reading note into three parts.

firstly, in order to make you understand this novel quickly, i will introduce you the major characters. there are three persons we need deep analysis. they are grandet, his daughter eugenie and charles.

the novel thesis puts their emphasis on grandet. grandet was one of the central roles in the novel. he was terribly greedy. he was the representative of greed and money. in his mind, money was everything, and he could not live in the world without money. he had a strong desire to possess money, though he had an abundant of money. he always left himself in a back room, and appreciated money for a long time. when he was dying, he asked his daughter to put money on the table, and money could make him feel warm. in order to collect money, he lost human

nature. he considered no love was in the world, and money is even much more valuable than his life. for example, grandet had a servant, who had worked for 30 years. but he never received any gift from grandet, except one old watch. though grandet was a christian, but actually he was not a real one. in his opinion, the existence of god was for his need. for him, money was real god and all the hope.

compared with grandet, his daughter eugenie was very kind and humane. she considered money as a method for helping others. she devoted her whole life to serving the people. and she had done a lot of public works. for example, she had built one restroom, eight primary schools and one library. she used money to help those who need it.

then, we should put our attention on charles. he was born in a rich family and spoiled. the turning point in his life was to do business abroad. the change of life condition made his moral standard and value concept change. he became a very self-fish man. he wanted to become rich. in order to possess money, he gave up his true love, and pursued a nobleman’s daughter. to some extent, his outlook on money was similar to grandet’s. both of them were materialists and the lovers of money.

secondly, the writer writing this novel should be introduced

to us for we could realize the background information and understand it better. honore de balzac (1799-1850) could perhaps be described as one of the founders of this school that he established with the human comedy (1829-1850) - a long series of seventeen novels, a vast panorama of french life that ranged from country life to city from private life to politics, from military life to psychological studies. it is by no means easy to choose one or two novels from the human comedy. there is always a temptation to add one or two more for a better understanding why balzac's works have lasted so long. perhaps eugenie grandet best illustrates his characteristic methods and the secret of his genius and talent. it is a simple story of a family house in provincial saumur in which lives a miser, grandet with his wife and daughter eugenie. both suffer continuously under the stifling shadow of his obsession with gold. but the arrival of her cousin, charles makes eugenie's heart turn gently towards thoughts of love and marriage, if only to get away from the father. but grandet opposes the marriage because so much of his outrageous gold would be carried away as dowry. the proposed marriage breaks down. charles goes away to seek his fortunes in the east and eugenie is left alone to face the future on her own.

quite obviously, a web of intrigue surrounds mother and daughter. a bunch of ambitious men and adventurers, careerists and speculators and misers of all kinds congregate, all attracted by the pale, cold glitter of gold. part of balzac's continuing success lies in his portrayal of these modern types of unscrupulous rascals and the mania they have for social climbing and fortune hunting which he was the first to portray in modern literature.

third, from the novel, i could see the shadow of the real life. especially since the opening up and economic reform, china has been participating in economic globalization to a deeper degree. with the economic growth, more and more people consider that if you have money, you can make the devil push the millstone for you. their favorite motto is money talks. so the only purpose is to make money as much as possible without heart of charity and humanity. the major role in eugenie grandet, grandet reflects phenomenon in modern china society. from a great amount of information, some people think that chinese people are obsessive with money very much, and they are the lovers of money. for earning money, they break the law. however, meantime, there are still a lot of people doing charities with money. they consider money as a means for helping others,

what they have done is the same as grandet’s daughter my opinion, although many people say that money is the root of evil, every coin has its two sides; we can analyze the function of money from two sides. it’s a common knowledge that everyone likes money and needs money. without money, they cannot buy food, clothes and other daily necessities. without money, they cannot go to school, go to cinema or other places. in my thesis, the novel analyzes the disadvantages and advantages of the outlook on money, and gives the methods for dealing with the disadvantages of the outlook on money in an appropriate way. under the analysis of the outlook on money, we should regard earning money as a method for perfect life. money is not the final objective in our life. there are still so many valuable things that need us to accomplish.

as an outstanding writer,in dickens's work,the language skill is kind of rhetoric technique,like the analogy,the exaggeration,the contrast,the humorous,and the taunt are handled skillfully,and the artistry of the work is also delivered the peak."a tale of two cities" has its difference with the general historical novel, its character and the main plot are all the broad real background of the french revolution,the author take the fictional character doctor manette's experience as the main clue,interweaves the

unjust charge, upholstery and so many techniques,causes the structure

integrity and strictness,the plot winding anxious and rich of theatrical nature,it displayed the remarkable artistic style "a tale of two cities" is solemnity and melancholy,fills indignantion,but lacks the humor of the early works.

my feelings after reading wuthering heights

wuthering heights is a well-written tragedy of love. after reading the whole story, i would like to talk about the main characters of the story—catherine earnshaw and heathcliff. catherine earnshaw and heathcliff do love each other very much, but they do not have the right attitude towards love, which leads to the tragedy.

in catherine’s life, she made a very foolish decision---marrying to edgar. in fact, her love for edgar can never be compared to that for heathcliff. she did so, because she thought the wealth of edgar would be useful to help heathcliff. but in reality, it did not work. she did not have a good understanding of love, which is something pure and saint. if anyone add any purpose into love, love itself lost its meaning. catherine’s wrong decision hurt two people who love her, and even destroyed the happiness of their offspring.

heathcliff is a man full of retaliation. he loved catherine very much, but what he did, on the contrary, added to the misery of catherine. in my opinion, if he really loved catherine, he should not walk into catherine’s life again after his disappearance. further more, after the death of catherine, what heathcliff did brought agony to catherine’s daughter, as well as his own son.

after reading, i have a better understanding of love. if you love really someone, his or her happiness is the thing that most matters.

a tale of two cities occupies a central place in the canon of charles dickens's works. this novel of the french revolution was originally serialized in the author's own periodical all the year round. weekly publication of chapters 1-3 of book 1 began on april 30, 1859. in an innovative move, dickens simultaneously released installments of the novel on a monthly basis, beginning with all of book 1 in june and concluding with the last eight chapters of book 3 in december. dickens took advantage of the novel's serial publication to experiment with characterization, plot, and theme. he described the work in a letter to his friend john forster, cited in rudi glancy's a tale of two cities: dickens's revolutionary novel, as "a picturesque story rising in every chapter, with characters true to nature, but whom the story should express more than they should express themselves by dialogue." the novel that emerged from his experimentation is now regarded as one of dickens's most popular and most innovative works.

there are two opposite gangs named socs and greasers. kids whose backgrounds are very rich are called socials, we name it as socs. the poor kids are called greasers, because their hair are covered with grease and they often wear greasy clothes. there are full of

contradiction between them. the main character is ponyboy, he is the youngest greaser, and he hates the socs because he always gets jumped by them. darry and sodapop are his elder brothers, and they both

dropped out of school to work in order to raise money for ponyboy ‘s study. through seeing a movie together with a rich but kind girl, cherry, ponyboy realizes that not all socs are bad. johnny is his best friend, he used to be very weak, but after being jumped by 4 socs, he becomes mad and usually brings a switchblade with him, and if there is anyone who wants to play tricks on him, he will kill that one. suddenly, in a week, johnny dies in a fire, bob(his friend) is kill by someone unwillingly, dally(the most violent greaser) kill himself because johnny’s death. ponyboy grows a lot, realize the love of his families and friends, and promises to be a good man, and not fight anymore..

this is really a heroic story, and i learnt a lot from it..

first of all, i realized that we shouldn’t assess anyone just by knowing about his background. in the book, ponyboy thought that life was unfair-socs always win, greasers always lose. socs could easily go to college, but greasers sometimes must drop out of school to work for their livings. so he hated socs as if from his birth. but he gradually realized that some socs are kind, but some greasers are alike a hood. so we should also know people deeply before judging them, and believe the truth more than our subjective things.

secondly, no matter how our backgrounds and families are, we should have kind and brave hearts. in the story, ponyboy saw many greasers crime and fight just because of their identify, he thought that was totally wrong. even his dying friend, johnny told him to

stay gold which means to be kind, simple and pure in a serious health condition. on the other hand, ponyboy thought gresers have the same rights as socs, and he never lowered his head in front of e are also something good about love. at the beginning,

ponyboy thought that dally, his eldest brother fully concentrated on working and making money, but never cared about him and sodapop, and he was dislike a young man anymore, more like an adult. but once ponyboy was sick very seriously, he saw dally crying for the first time when he was asleep-going-to-waken-up. and when they were having a rumble with a gang of socs, he was always covered with his two elder brothers. from that, he knew his small family would never be short of love, and his brothers loved him much more than he could imagine. in my real life, when my teachers and parents are strict with me, i shouldn’t think that they don’t love me, it is just another, more deep way to love.

the writer wrote this book when he was only a teenager as

fourteen-going-to-fifteen, in the same age as me. so it is more easy for me to get close to him and understand him. but he truly

experienced all i experienced and something i have never imagined. so i should learn something good from him, and keep away from thing bad he had done.

this book really taught me a lot, and i will spare no efforts to do the good things it bring to me!

the great gatsby

in fact ,if our teacher don’t require ,i will never be interested in this kind of story ver ,after my reading ,i have to say it’s so dramatic and profound that i have already been fond of this story deeply.

"the great gatsby" is about a story which took place in the 20's. a poor guy named nick came to new york and lived next to a millionaire who called gatsby. he began to know the story of this wealth person and witnessed the voluptuous life of the rich. gatsby was not wealthy like now when he was young, who was just a lieutenant in the army. at that time, he lost his heart to a girl called daisy. they loved each other deeply. but it changed after the first world war, during which gatsby was dispatched to europe. when he came back, he found the love vanished. behalf displaced chasteness, love was supplanted by money. he dreamed to recovery his love, but nothing happened and it only became worse.

one day daisy was in a drunken driving gatsby’s car ran over and caused an accident that killed tom’s mistress, and she planned a plot with tom to put the crime to gatsby. it led to the mistress’husband shot gatsby. gatsby died, only his fathrand nick attended the witnessed the virtual mood of human reality. at the end, nick backed to his hometown with a tragedy mood.

it is a novel which has intrigued and fascinated so many readers.

it is worth noting that fitzgerald never shows the reader a single scene from gatsby

affair with daisy. the narrative is nick?s story, and, aside from when they remake each other?s acquaintance, nick never sees gatsby and daisy alone together. perhapsnick?s friendship with gatsby allows him to empathize with his pain at not having daisy, and that nick refrains from depicting their affair out of a desire not to malign him. whatever the reason, fitzgerald leaves the details of their affair to the reader?s imagination, and instead exposes the menacing suspicion and mistrust on tom?s part that will eventually lead to a confrontation. clearly, as a self-proclaimed "tale of the west", it is exploring questions about america and what it means to be american. in this sense gatsby is perhaps that legendary opus, the "great american novel". nick senses that people everywhere are motivated by similar dreams and by a desire to move forward into a future in which their dreams are realized. nick envisions their struggles to create that future as boats moving in a body of water against a current that inevitably carries them back into the past.“her voice is full of money.” it’s iconic. at that time, every one’s voice is full of money. gatsby’ american dream will just be a joke. nick pertinent had pointed out the false of society and the heartlessness, caused the readers compared to the american dream necessity which pursued to be disillusioned regarding to gatsby. of course, it already has a profound impression on the end, i have to say that after reading the great gatsby, reading his shattered dream of love, of vanity, i do not only have known the conception of the american society in early 20th century, but also know that the value of a time, a nation, and an individual is so significant. there is a very conspicuous symbol in the novel, the eyes of doctor t. j. eckleburg painted on an old advertising billboard over the valley of ashes. it is a warning that our development and morality will always be stared upon and judged by god. remember it.

《構建生活化課堂,提高英語教學有效性》讀書心得

陶行知先生説過“生活即教育”。近幾年,我有效地利用英語課程的生活資源,讓課堂教學貼近學生熟悉的現實生活,真正讓英語課堂教學成為學生喜愛的一種生活,提高學生學習英語的質量,促進學生整體素質的發展。

一、由境入情

語言學家克魯姆説過:“成功的外語課堂教學應該是創造更多的情景,讓學生有機會用自己已學到的語言材料。”在日常教學中我有意識地創設學生感興趣的情境。為教學服務,使課堂環境温馨、舒適、富有生活氣息,讓學生在無拘無束、輕鬆愉快的生活場景中交流思想、表達感情。

如我在教學1a unit 5 fruit let’s talk 一課時,運用多媒體輔助教學,創設了孫悟空和花果山的情景。教學中以學生與孫悟空同遊花果山為主線把每個環節串聯起來,這一特定的情境牢牢吸引住了學生的注意力,並讓全體學生在這一情景中主動學習、樂於其中。大大提高了課堂效率,這種生活化的英語情境讓學生在學習時熱情高漲、興趣盎然。

二、張揚個性

教學中通過多種活動,引導學生説英語,使英語真正走進每一個學生的生活,使每一個學生真正愛上英語。如此學生的生活體驗得到充實,個性也由此得到張揚。正如蘇?霍姆林斯基所説:“當學生體現出一種親身參與掌握知識的情感時,乃是喚起少年特有的對知識的興趣的重要條件。”

如我在教學3amodule4 unit3 insects and plants 這一課時,有一段寫話教學。由於三年級學生寫話能力較弱,學生又剛剛學習it has? 的句型,如果讓他們直接用新句型介紹昆蟲會增加學生緊張的情緒,特別是幾個學困生。於是,我準備了一些昆蟲讓學生觀察,以此來激起學生對於昆蟲的興趣,調起他們的求知熱情。我通過師問、生問等多種形式引導學生對昆蟲有一定的認識,又通過小小組討論的方式增加學生的語言輸入量。使他們的語言輸出有了一定的情感基礎和內容基礎後,再讓學生説昆蟲。這時候學生們都異常積極,因為他們已儲備了大量的語言來表達,當幾個學生興奮地説出昆蟲的各種特徵時,沒有被老師抽到的學生顯得有些不高興了。於是我馬上讓學生將要説的話寫下來。這時的學生情緒高漲,寫話熱情很高,認真地寫下了一篇篇較有質量的習作。這些獨具匠心的設計充分張揚了學生的個性,處處使他們的語言得到訓練和發展。

三、師生互動

理想的英語教學,要讓學生走進生活,感受英語的魅力。因此和諧融洽的師生關係,對完成教學目的至關緊要。我在課堂上以大姐姐的身份出現在孩子們面前,與他們一起遊戲、一起學習,把自己的教育意圖隱蔽在友好的、毫無拘束的氛圍中。讓他們感到教師的一言一行都是出自誠摯的愛護和幫助。

如我在教學1b colour一課時,運用了一個學生熟悉的歌曲進行鞏固:丁丁是個小畫家,彩色鉛筆一大把,我們跟他一起畫,畫出彩色的世界來, blue,blue,是藍天;white,white,白雲白;green,green,草地綠;yellow,yellow,是太陽;red,red,紅花兒;pink,pink,是圓臉;purple,purple,紫蝴蝶;brown,brown,是小鳥;彩色的世界真漂亮,小朋友們呀手拉手。和着熟悉而美妙的音樂,學生情不自禁地跟着我唱了起來,學習情緒高漲,這是師生間一次成功的互動。當我與學生建立起一種協調、和諧、互補的生活化師生關係時,學生就不再是被動學習的容器,而是主動學習的先鋒。

四、學科整合

一堂好的英語課要讓學生在學習英語的同時,瞭解與本課相關的科學知識,這不僅能使學生學到更多的知識,而且能讓學生更好的運用所學的英語進行交際。

我教學5a ocean park時,我想到教授完水族館後是一個拓展的好機會,趁這個機會,我給了學生書本上沒有的一些魚類的名稱,學生們看到這些魚類的圖片,個個睜大了眼睛,豎起了耳朵,生怕自己會錯過這些新鮮的玩樣,此時此刻讓學生介紹看到的魚時他們都有很多話説,正所謂身臨其境。這一環節,我設計讓英語教學與生物教學有機整合,豐富了學生知識的輸入量,提高了學生學習的積極性、參與度和語言的輸出量。

在新課程理念指導下,生活化英語課堂的構建,能有效地提高學生學習英語的主動性和積極性,培養學生的英語學習興趣,改善學生的學習方式,有利於產生高質量的英語學習成果。

《有效教師》讀書心得

讀了《有效教師》一書,真的讓我從中領會了許多知識,讓我獲得了許多感悟。 讀完後,我發現自己的心靈得到了淨化;人格得

到了完善;理念實現了飛躍。

一、博大而熾熱的愛心

名言説:“熱愛是最好的老師。” 是的,對於教師來説,愛是不可須臾或缺的,只有以摯愛奠基,教師才會傾盡精力,激活智慧,把自己的全部熱情,甚至生命獻給它所熱愛的事業和學生。名師魏書生,李吉林都向教育、向學生獻上了最寶貴,最有價值的愛。這也是他們實現人生價值,人生追求的原動力。我也要像他們一樣,把我全部的愛與熱情獻給我的學生,我所從事的教育教學工作。

二、樂學善學的智者

現代社會是需要終身學習的社會。教師更是需要不斷學習的職業。陶行知先生説過:“教師必須天天學習,天天進行再教育,才能有教學之樂而無教學之苦。”讀了這本書之後,我深深地感受到了作為一名教師必須成為學生的源頭活水,必須通過不斷的學習,向書本、向實踐、向各種信息渠道學,引千道清泉、聚萬座富礦、集百家之長,豐富自己,充實自己,才能用自己淵博的學識激發學生的求知慾,發展學生的興趣。成為學生的“活字典”和“百科書庫”將是我今後努力的方向。

三、永不未泯的童心

書中的每一位教師都具有一顆未泯的童心,斯霞老師直到七八十高齡還在與國小生親密接觸,他們與學生一起活動,一起遊戲,一同歡笑,一同煩惱,試問他們又怎麼不會成為學生的良師益友?學生又怎麼會不親其師信其道呢?他們是我學習的榜樣,使我認識到了自己的不足,我將放下老師的架子走進學生當中去,融入他們的學習與生活當中去,讓那顆未泯的童心生根發芽。

總之,做一個“有效的”教師,實施有效的教學,是所有教師應有的追求。

《給教師的建議》——讀書心得

前不久讀了《給教師的建議》一書,它是20世紀蘇聯教育經典譯叢之一,由前蘇聯著名教育家b?a?蘇霍姆林斯基著。書中每一條談一個問題,有生動的實際事例,也有精闢的理論分析,很多都是蘇霍姆林斯基教育教學中的實例,娓娓道來。它讓我明白了許多鮮明的教育觀點,也有許多心靈感觸,在此談談我的體會。

“學習的願望是一種精細而淘氣的東西。形象地説,它是一枝嬌嫩的花朵,有千萬朵細小的根鬚在潮濕的土壤裏不知疲倦地工作着,給它提供滋養。我們看不見這些根鬚,但是我們悉心地保護它們,因為我們知道,沒有它們,生命和美就會凋謝。”書中提到這個問題就是興趣的培養,興趣是學生學習的動力,是點燃學生智慧的火花。沒有興趣的指引和鋪墊,學生會覺得學習變得枯燥無味,產生厭學心理,從而影響數學教學的效果。

“追求知識的願望,是靠兒童的雖不輕鬆然而快樂的、誘人的、出於自願勞動所創造的千萬條根鬚日以繼夜、不知疲勞的工作來滋養的。然而只有使力量的付出跟兒童的自尊感密不可分的時候,他的勞動才能成為快樂的、誘人的、自願的勞動。必須使兒童感到自己是一個勞動者,使他為自己的努力所達到的勞動成果而感到自豪。培養自豪也就會意味着在兒童心靈中樹立一種要成為思考者的願望。”數學教學激發學生學習興趣是重要的一環,從教學心理學角度上講,如果抓住了學生的某些心理特徵,對教學將有一個巨大的推動作用。興趣的培養就是一個重要的方面,興趣能激發大腦組織加工,有利於發現事物的新線索,並進行探索創造,興趣是學習的最佳營養劑和催化劑,學生對學習有興趣,對學習材料的反映也就是最清晰,思維活動是最積極最有效,學習就能取得事半功倍的效果。數學課,培養學生學習數學興趣的途徑是多種多樣的,除了和諧,融洽的師生關係外,更重要是選擇適當的教學方法,做為數學老師應努力使學生熱愛數學,才能對學習有興趣,只要有興趣,才能學好數學。因為興趣是學習成功的祕訣,是獲取知識的開端,是求知慾望的基礎,我在充分發揮教師的主導作用的前提下,激發學生興趣。 我認為人們對知識的認識和積累,都是通過觀察實踐而的不到的,沒有觀察也就沒有豐富的想象,也不可能有正確的推理、概括和創造性,所以有意識地安排學生去觀察、去思考,逐步培養學生的觀察能力,發展學生的想象力,即增加了數學的趣味性,又創造了良好的課堂氣氛。數學教學要在教師的指導下,自己主動積極的學習,才能有效的培養養學生獨立獲取知識,應用知識的能力,知識智力興趣關係密切,有意識的創造良好的課堂氣氛,熱愛學習與情感,並對所教學科產生興趣,因此,老師要教給學生學習方法,使他們運用正確的學習方法,順利掌握知識,體驗成功後的樂趣,增添學習興趣,使設計的教法符合學生的學法,持之以恆地結合知識進行學習方法的指引和訓練,使學生掌握求知識的鑰匙,可以增添學習興趣。

教師讀書心得 ——讀《教育新理念》有感

讀一本好書,就是和許多高尚的人談話——歌德。由於我們平日裏工作十分的繁忙,很少有大塊的時間進行讀書積累,也就談不上與高尚的人對話了。針對這種情況學校在青年教師中開展了“青年教師讀書會”讀書活動。幾學期以來我的收穫的確不小。在一次意外的機會我與《教育新理念》相識了,

讀了《教育新理念》我深深體會到,現代教育思想有了根本性的改變,強調多元、崇尚差異、主張開放、重視平等、張揚個性、重視對

學生心理的關心。我認為,一個學生個性成熟和成長的過程,是基於個體體驗的過程,為培養有個性而又全面發展的人,在學校教育教學中就必須十分注重學生的情感體驗。

給學生充分的“情感體驗”,要求學校教育要有強烈的“個體意識”,必須把學生作為有個性差異的個體看待,而不是把他們作為一個整齊劃一的所謂“整體”,要在工作中具體地處理學生的行為與品行等關係。

這就要求我們尊重學生的個性體驗,要求我們在學校德育工作中,注意區分“行為”與“品行”。目前,學校德育工作實效性不強,其根本原因在於抽象口號太多,具體要求又太高,經常將學生行為規範方面的問題上升到道德品質問題。這種做法拉大了師生間對話的距離,使學生產生對抗情緒,從而使德育工作流於空泛和形式。其實,在校的中國小生,正處於生理和心理髮育時期,他們在行為為規範方面出現一些偏差是難免的。當然,行為規範的偏差積累起來,會導致學生的“品行”問題,因此我們要對學生身上出現的不同問題有針對性地做好説教、引導工作、引導工作。從另一個角度看,有時缺點背後往往藴藏着潛在的求知慾、創新精神和創新能力。所以教師首先要有一顆“寬容”的心,要允許學生有缺點,並給學生有自我反省和改正缺點的時間和機會。在糾正學生的行為規範偏差時,我們必須十分注重學生的個體體驗。使外在的教育內化為他們的內在的情感體驗。

禮儀的基本特徵有師資,師表,師德,師心等等.黨中央強調:全體公民要明禮誠信,提倡教師禮儀是時代的要求,職業的期待.你要讓人民羣眾提高自己的素質,要讓我們的全體公民提高禮儀素質,需要教師為人表率,率先垂範.百年大計,教育為本;教育大計,教師為本.教師在禮儀推廣和普及中,扮演着為人師表,率先垂範的角色.

教書育人的教師來説,萬事之師表也,即有天然的親和力.要好自為之,自律是第一位的,嚴於律己,寬以待人.二者相鑑,缺一不可.現代教育以學生為本,所以你一個真正有教養的人,一個真正熱愛自己工作崗位的人民教師,就要愛護學生,端正態度,以寬待人,要善於包容。我個人認為師表是首要的.師表,語言,心靈,儀表,行為都要美.楷模就要思圓行方(一切都應該是美的——契坷夫).

在從事教師行業中,我通過看其他教師的着裝經驗,加上自己的着裝體會,我覺得教師的着裝"簡潔"非常重要.教師從事教書育人的職業特點,就決定了教師的着裝可以時尚,可以新潮,但不能獨出心裁,不能奇裝異服,不能讓學生接受異常,不能讓家長議論紛紛,不能讓社會上的人對你"刮目相看"."簡潔",可以理解成"簡單,潔淨"但不是保守,落後.簡潔之中體現端莊,不要過分張揚.我,作為一位80年代出生的年輕教師,平時也較注重季節流行服飾,個人主觀認為穿得幹練點,如,一件流行色的收腰短上衣配條牛仔褲.既不乏青春氣息又有一股幹勁十足的味道.教師有了幹勁,學生也就動力十足,朝氣十足.因此教師的着裝一定要符合身份,這也從一個側面上體現出教師是否能夠做到自律,自尊,更重要的是教師時刻要注意為人師表.

多少年來教師被喻之為"蠟燭",整年整月穿梭在學校和家庭;教室和辦公室之間,時時被學生和作業本包圍.繁忙的工作常常讓教師沒有時間關注自己,包括自己的容顏,自己的健康,自己的家人,自己的學業,自己的修養.每天關注的只是孩子們的進步,自己卻真的像蠟燭一樣,照亮別人的同時變得越來越短了.

習了教師禮儀的所有篇章之後,使我感到學習禮儀規範,提高自己的修養,培養自己良好的氣質風度,比學業的進修也許更有意義.因為我們的工作實際上就是一項不斷與人交流交往的工作,與學生,與家長,與同事,與校長.如果不懂文明禮儀,周圍的人很難接受你,承認你.們平時也曾注意到,一個學生關注老師的氣質風度,行為儀表根本勝過關注老師的文憑;一個家長對一個教師的信任或不信任很多時候只來自一兩次談話和交往.作為教師的我,也深深地感受到,一個教師具有良好的修養和文明的禮儀對工作有多麼重大的影響.漂亮的容顏,談吐不凡的儀表很容易讓人眼前一亮,就拿最近學校組織的教師冬鍛來説吧,早上,全校教師穿上了整潔的運動服,精神飽滿的在大操場上早鍛鍊,形成了校園裏一道獨特的風景線.我明白:教師的禮儀風貌就像是展現在學生面前的一面鏡子.

《給教師的建議》讀書筆記

有感於以下幾條:

1.教師的工作有這樣一個特點,就是他要經常地評價自己學生的工作。在衡量知識質量(也就是勞動質量)時,教師的評價帶有明顯的道德意義。評價裏包含着刺激,應當使兒童在這種刺激的影響下確立一種要學好而不要學壞的意向。通過這種評價,不應當使兒童對於人們怎樣看待他(是愛勞動還是懶散的)抱着無所謂的態度。評價所能起的這種微妙的影響只有在這樣的條件下才能成為一種教育力量,就是它一定要跟兒童的內在的精神力量結合起來。評價是教師手裏的一種教育工具,它應當激發兒童的學習願望,幫助形成這種願望,而不是對於不願學習的一種懲罰。如果由於學生不善於學習而給他一個不及格的評價,那就更糟:兒童覺得教師已經把他看得什麼都不行,他就會欺騙和弄虛作假。學生不善於學習,如果教師不重視這件起初的小事,那就會釀成大禍―――懶惰和散漫。

2.學習―――這並不是機械地把只是從教師的頭腦裏灌輸到學生的頭腦裏。這是一種極其複雜的道德關係。在這種關係裏起主導的,決定性作用的特徵,就是培養學生的榮譽感和自尊感,並在此基礎上培養他要成為一個好人的願望。教師的任務在於,要敏鋭而巧妙地,堅持不懈而嚴格要求地培植兒童的智力和道德力量。

讀書筆記:我讀《馬承與英語三位一體教學法》

近期一直在學習《馬承與英語三位一體教學法》一書,作者馬承老師的外語教學法是我國外語教學法的重要流派之一,他的“英語三位一體教學法”包括國小階段的“字母、音素、音標”三位一體教學法,國中階段的“詞彙、語法、閲讀”三位一體教學法。這兩種教學法都是深受廣大師生歡迎的教學法。

在學習過程中,我對馬承老師的“字母、音素、音標”三位一體教學法尤為感興趣。因為這種教學法對現行的國小音標教學十分適用。在pep國小英語教材裏,音標教學雖然被安排在c部分,新課標中也沒有明確指出國小階段是否要掌握48個音標,但音標教學仍是國小階段英語教學的重要一環。學好音標,將為中學的單詞學習奠定堅實的基礎。這與馬承老師的“字母、音素、音標”三位一體教學法所主張的語音教學觀是一致的。也就是説,語音教學的成敗,直接關係到能否使學生保持濃厚的學習英語的興趣。而培養學生對英語學習有持續的興趣和愛好正是英語課程二級目標之首。在馬承老師的“字母、音素、音標”三位一體教學法中,他把講授26個字母名稱音作為學習音素的基礎,把掌握音素作為學習音標的前提。學了字母學音素,學了音素學音標,整個教學過程的各個環節聯繫緊密,過渡自然,易懂易記,學生一開始就能掌握字母與音素的對應關係。這相對pep教材所提倡的音標方面按部就班的教學而言,屬於跳躍性的教學。到底這種跳躍性的教學學生是否適應和接受,我打算在新一輪的三年級教學中通過實踐來檢驗。

在本書中,無論是馬承老師的“字母、音素、音標”三位一體教學法,還是他的另一個教學理論——直呼式韻律英語教學法,無疑都告訴我們,在國小階段,英語教師的任務不僅僅是激發和培養國小生的學習興趣,還要在學生樂於學的時候教會他們如何學習,使他們掌握科學的學習方法,養成良好的學習習慣,做到學會學習。

反思我自己的課堂教學,一直以來遵循國小生的年齡和心理特點,堅持設計形式多樣的活動,如單詞教學時引入遊戲式操練,會話教學時採用情景教學,語音教學時引入競爭機制,閲讀教學時口頭聽力練習和筆頭閲讀理解練習相結合。通過多元綜合,培養學生具有良好的語音、語調基礎,學會用簡單的英語表情達意,與同伴開展簡單的交流活動。同時,我還致力於學生學習習慣的培養,特別是記課堂筆記的習慣的培養。我也十分注重學法的指導,如把馬承老師的“字母、音素、音標”三位一體教學法結合到五、六年級的語音教學中,從而提高語音教學的效率。

“馬承英語三位一體教學法”教會了我們怎樣學習,以及如何學習更有效率。這與《英語課堂標準》裏提出的“基礎教育最重要的任務是學會學習,即learn how to learn”的理念又一次不謀而合。所以,馬承老師和他的“英語三位一體教學法”對我們今天的新課改仍然具有不小的參考價值。

讀《教育信息技術》有感

每當讀起《教育信息技術》一書,我的感受頗多,其中感受最深的是對學生的信息意識培養,尤其是作為一名國小信息技術教師。當前,世界上正在進行着一場以信息技術發展為主流的技術革命,人類社會正在由工業社會轉入信息社會,全球信息化已成為世界發展的必然趨勢,信息同物質、能量一樣成為經濟、社會發展的戰略資源。信息是無形的財富,那麼,培養信息財富的創造者——有信息意識、創新能力的跨世紀人才責無旁貸地落到了每一個教育工作者的肩上,尤其是作為基礎教育的中國小教師,更應該未雨綢繆,及時調整教育觀念,科學地、準確地預測未來社會的需求,為迎接信息化社會的到來,培養能適應二十一世紀挑戰的高素質人才作好必要的準備。作為中國小教師應充分意識到對學生信息意識的培養。

(一)具有信息意識是每位社會個體成員在未來社會成功的前提

在科學技術迅猛發展的今天,信息、信息技術充斥着整個社會的經濟、文化、科學技術等各個領域,機遇和挑戰並存,誰掌握了信息,誰就抓住了機遇;誰具有信息意識,誰就具備邁向成功的可能。因此,對於未來社會個體成員——學生的信息意識的培養則顯得尤為重要。信息意識不僅控制着人對信息需求的認識,而且對信息的獲取過程起着支配作用。

古語説:“功夫不負有心人”,今天的“有心人”就是指有信息意識的人。信息對一個人、一個企業、乃至一個國家,其價值是無可限量的。尤其是處於教學技術迅猛發展的今天,信息的價值在不斷地被越來越多的人逐漸地認識,精明的現代人對有價值的信息不

是消極的適應,而是積極主動地、不遺餘力地去追求、去捕捉。這種對信息的追求和捕捉不同於一般憑直覺和經驗的信息感受,它有明確的目標、高度的自覺,並且常常是有組織、有計劃、憑藉現代技術手段來進行的系統工程。在不斷湧現的、浩若煙海的信息中要能準確地選擇、迅速地獲取所需要的那部分特定的信息,需要有戰略眼光,需要有科學的預見能力,需要有正確分析、處理信息的能力。事業的成敗,往往就取決於此。曾被評為美國首富“比爾?蓋茨”從一期<大眾電子>雜誌封面刊登的出售個人電腦的廣告上看到了商機,微軟公司也就由此誕生了。“比爾?蓋茨”的成功決非偶然,而在於他超出常人的洞察力和對信息的敏感性。看到這則廣告信息的決不只“蓋茨”一人,但獲得如此成功的只有蓋茨。由此看來,信息只服務於那些有信息意識的人,信息意識是獲取信息的前提。

(二)信息、信息技術的發展決定了中國小教師必須要對未來社會的人才取向進行前瞻性的思考

社會性是教育的本質屬性,社會的發展與需要是社會發展的依據與基礎。未來社會是一個數字化、信息化的社會。在人才的取向等問題上發生了巨大的變化,因此,作為基礎教育的中國小教師必須要具有戰略性的眼光,要面向社會、面向世界、面向未來,必須對未來社會的發展及人才需求取向等問題進行前瞻性的思考和科學的預見。隨着科學技術的發展,信息量的劇增,原有的人才觀指導下培養出來的人才已不能很好地適應未來社會的發展,社會的需求決定了教育的發展方向。新的人才觀即良好的品德、較高的智力、健康的體魄、正確的思維方法、獲取和處理信息的能力以及創新精神。要求學校不再是培養知識的學習者而是要培養出大批有知識、有信息意識、有創新能力的人才。

現代世界各國經濟發展的大量事實表明,經濟發展的速度在很大程度上取決於知識的利用程度和信息意識。二戰後,日本一躍而起成為世界上第二經濟大國,其經濟發展的成功經驗中有兩點是可以確定的。其一,重視普及教育。因而他們的企業擁有世界上令人羨慕的高質量的勞動力。而基礎教育則是提高勞動力素質的重要基礎。其二,日本人對信息的敏感性極強。在七十年代末,日本政府就把信息服務業作為發展的重點,從1980---1985年,信息產業投資均以18%的比例遞增。1985年,日本信息設備投資額為1050億日元,到2014年總投資額約達到6820億日元。其信息服務業的市場規模僅次於美國,而居世界第二位。可見,一個民族的信息意識對這個民族的發展多麼重要。而教育是培養信息意識的最佳途徑。基礎教育在我國起着重要作用。因此,作為基礎教育的中國小教師必須要充分意識到信息教育必須從基礎教育抓起。

讀《給教師的建議》52條有感

蘇霍姆林斯基在這一部分提到:學生之所以感到學習越來越難了的主要原因是他們的腦力勞動的負擔過重。而減輕學生腦力勞動的主要途徑,就是保證智力生活的豐富性。

“學生智力生活的一般境界和性質,在很大程度上取決於教師的精神修養和興趣,取決於他的知識淵博和眼界廣闊的程度,還取決於:教師到學生這裏來的時候帶了多少東西,教給學生多少東西,以及他還剩下多少東西。對一個教師來説,最大的危險就是自己在智力上的空虛,沒有精神財富的儲備。”也許光是忠實於“教科書”的教學不算是優秀的,要敢於給學生課本以外的知識,開闊他們的眼界,啟迪他們的思維。同時,要把書本知識和能力的培養結合起來,讓枯燥的知識“動”起來。這些天,我正在嘗試着把各種有趣的小故事引入到課堂教學中來,讓學生學、讀、背、演、練。因為對於課本的學習,學生已經感覺有些厭倦了,並且語言學習是個積累的過程,光靠書本中有限的資源遠遠遠不能滿足學生學習的願望,反而會限制學生思維的發展。

讀書筆記:讀《督促孩子學好英語的幾大絕招》有感

讀了《督促孩子學好英語的幾大絕招》一文後,原本以為有很大的啟示,其實還是那“老三篇”。

一要在興趣上下功夫;

二要在能力上下功夫;

三要家長恆心上下功夫。

雖然自己是教英語的,可是深知孩子需老師來教的道理,因此在孩子學習英語面前從不敢以英語老師自居,總是鼓勵她跟老師學,跟錄音機學,跟同學學。只要她能主動跟別人學,她一定不會對英語陌生,只要她不怕英語,就不怕她學不好。

正如文中所説:“現在的家長越來越重視孩子的英語學習,都希望他們從小就能打下紮實的基本功,為今後的求學奠定基礎。”可憐天下父母心,我又何嘗不一樣?所以激發孩子學英語的興趣是關鍵。“在家裏,家長可以有意識地讓孩子接觸一些與英語有關的少兒電視節目,主要是讓他對學英語產生興趣。家長還可以為孩子買一些淺顯的英語故事、卡通畫來提高他對英語的學習興趣。其次要讓孩子明白學習英語的價值,讓孩子從你的説話或實際例子中感到你對他學會使用英語的能力表示認可,並解釋你為什麼認為這種語言具有較大價值的原因。”以我的實踐來説,以上做法要基於一個關鍵:不要佈置任務。否則孩子就會興趣索然,幾次任務下來,她就再也不理你了。

我認為文中所提到的“要培養孩子‘開放型性格’”很重要。因為在教學中曾見有些孩子,智力水平不可謂不高,考試成績也很好,但沒有養成説英語的習慣,他們僅僅把英語當做一門“學問”,而不是把它當做一種手段和工具。課內課外都 “怕開口”,怕其他同學笑他,時間一長,與同學的差距就大了,更不願意張口,當然就很難學好英語了。最好的就是家長應該幫助孩子在家練習,當然家長必須與孩子共同學習,可以將對孩子的幫助融入整個家庭生活中。例如:在餐桌旁,你可以叫孩子將“apple”遞給你,而不使用“蘋果”一詞。這種有趣的訓練方式,可以培養孩子大膽説英語的習慣。孩子便能在家長的提醒下,一次、兩次地“大聲説英語”。

正常的英語學習離不開“利用磁帶、電視節目學習”,而且“注意鼓勵孩子學習課堂上並未要求的內容,特別是口語訓練”,同時養成良好的學習習慣、掌握科學的學習方法。家長應配合學校要求孩子,監督並指導孩子晨讀(或每天堅持聽錄音半小時)。培養孩子良好的學習習慣,最重要的是“訓練”。此外,在孩子學習過程中,家長可以同孩子一道“計時”,認真計算一下,便可知道,10分鐘可以記住兩句話或七八個單詞,要是能每天抓住它是值得的,以此幫助孩子具體瞭解“10分鐘的價值”,從而養成珍惜時間的好習慣。而以上的種種,必須以家長的教育恆心為基礎,我並不主張“陪太子讀書”的教育思想,我認為家長的教育恆心應該放在如何培養孩子的學習能力的培養中,而不是放在每天晚上陪他做作業的時間裏。因為養成學習能力的培養,遠比學習知識重要。孩子從國小會學習可以大大提高學習效率,可以不斷更新知識結構,這是終身受益的。而這些方法的指導不能單靠老師的課堂,或是單從考試的成績去判斷,而是要在學習過程中不斷積累和試驗,更要在應用中鞏固和提高,才能形成孩子自身的學習素質,幫助他們跨過學習和人生中的一道道難關。 《細節決定成敗》讀後感

今天,我讀了汪中求所著的《細節決定成敗》後,非常有同感。在充滿競爭的今天,如何做好工作,關鍵在於是否能抓住了一個“小”字。這本書中強調,不論做什麼工作,都要重視小事、關注細節,把小事做細、做透就能成就大事。揭示了“細中見精”、“小中見大”、“偉大與平凡”的真理,

細節的實質是什麼?細節實際上是一種通過長期的準備,從而獲得的一種機遇。細節是一種習慣,是一種積累,也是一種眼光,一種智慧。

也許太多的人,總不屑一顧事物的細節,太自信“天生我才必有用,千金散盡還復來”。殊不知我們普通人大量的日子都是在做一些小事,假如每個人能把自己所在崗位的每一件小事做好、做到位,就已經很不簡單了。我們作為教育工作者,育人工作是個全方位的系統工程,在工作中我認為必須把常規工作做到位,以身作則腳踏實地,從小事做起。要想比別人更優秀,只有在每一件小事上下功夫。不能只看到人家成功的輝煌,而很少去關注他們工作中對細節的用心。對於敬業者來説,凡事無小事,簡單不等於容易。因此,要積極倡導花大力氣做好小事情,把小事做細。

教師的工作,就是教書育人 。要想做好、做強就必須把每一件小事都做到位才行。任何一個環節太薄弱都有可能導致教學質量的滑坡。因此,接了手的事必須按時、按標準完成,不能完成沒有任何解釋的理由。已做完的事情,自己檢查認定完全沒有錯誤再上報,不要等檢查出了破綻或漏洞再辯解。把小事做細了,工作效率自然就提高了。

書中的眾多例子從正反兩面説明了細節能夠表現整體完美的道理,同樣也會影響和破壞整體的完美。細節在創造成功者與失敗者之間究竟有多大差別?人與人之間在智力和體力上差異並不是想象中的那麼大。很多小事,一個人能做,另外的人也能做,只是做出來的效果不一樣,往往是一些細節上的功夫,決定着完成的質量。

看不到細節或者不把細節當回事的人,對工作缺乏認真的態度,對事情只能是敷衍了事。這種人無法把工作當作一種樂趣,而只是當作一種不得不受的苦役,因而在工作中缺乏工作熱情。他們只能永遠做別人分配給他們做的工作,甚至即便這樣也不能把事情做好。而考慮到細節、注重細節的人,不僅能認真對待工作,將小事做細,而且還能注重在做事的細節中找到機會,從而使自己走上成功之路。台灣首富王永慶就是從細節中找到成功機會的人。王永慶成功的例子説明細節是一種創造。由此可見創造就不一定得轟轟烈烈,驚天動地。工作中的小改小革,細節調整同樣是一種創造。“細緻到點”,從細節中找到創新的機會――這就是王永慶成功的祕密。海爾總裁張瑞敏説:什麼是不簡單?把每一件簡單的事做好就是不簡單;什麼是不平凡?能把每一件平凡的事做好就是不平凡。

在工作中,如果我們關注了細節,就可以把握了創新之源,也就為成功奠定了一定的基礎。一心渴望偉大、追求偉大,偉大卻了無蹤影;甘於平談,認真做好每個細節,偉大卻不期而至。這就是細節的魅力,是水到渠成後的驚喜。做一個注重細節的人吧,相信你一定能成功。
