2.常用禮貌句型

(1)自報家門

這裏是青海貿易公司的Tina Hao。我能為您做些什麼?

(2)聽不清楚

對不起，我沒聽懂您説的話。Sorry. I didn't get what you said.

我聽不太清楚.I can't hear you very well.

通信效果不太好 have a bad connection.

我聽不太清楚您説的話.I can't catch what you are saying.

發生上面的情況，您可以請對方再重複一遍，您可以説:

能請您再説一遍嗎?Could you repeat that,please?

您能再説一遍嗎?Would you say that again?

(3)請對方説慢點

您能再説慢一點嗎?Would you speak more slowly?

您能再大聲一點嗎?Could you speak up/out a little?

詞語

is……我是……。在電話中説明“我是誰”時，是用“This is……”，而不是“I am”。

2.I‘d like to……等於“I would like to……”——“我想……”。“would like”為“want”的客氣用法。

k with …… 找……聽電話;與……講話

在(家、辦公室)中。此處的“in”不是介係詞，而是副詞。

t now 現在。“right”為副詞，意思是“正是”，為強調的用法。

a message (幫人)留話。“take”是“記下;記錄”，“message”是“口信;傳話”。

n. “No”是“number”的縮寫，通常放在數目字的前面，表示“第……號”，如“No. 3”，即是“第三號”。

關鍵句型

CALLER：請轉告他打到……找我

Could you ask him to call me at……?

這句型適用於找不到對方，或對方有事不能前來接聽時，留下自己的聯絡處，請其回電。

“at”之後可接地點或電話號碼。“could”是請求或徵詢時的助動詞，用於請求、委託時，語氣謙和客氣。

RECEIVER：他不在，您要留話嗎?

這句話適用於“某人”只是暫時不在，而仍會回來之時。請對方留話即表示自己將告知“某人”，請其主動聯絡，而不必勞煩對方再打來。“may”是用於請求或徵詢時的助動詞，也可用“can”代替，不過“may”在語氣上較為客氣。
