一、指導思想：

學生的個體差異是一個客觀存在，因此學困生輔導工作是不可缺的一環。為了讓每個學生都能在原有基礎上得到提高發展，體驗學習的快樂，進步的樂趣，達到全面提高學生素質的目的，我根據教育理論中“因材施教，量力性原則”和前蘇聯教育家巴班斯基“班內分組理論”，實施特殊教育計劃，分層教學，在班級中挖掘學生的個體差異，做好學困生轉優輔導工作。

二、學生情況

三、學困生原因分析

馬雨：

馬軍：

五、轉化措施

“學困生”的轉化工作關係到一個學校的校風和教育質量高低的問題，因此，在對待學困生轉化問題上，我主要做法是：首先，要正確看待“學困生”，其實“學困生”並不像有的人認為什麼都差，多數學困生僅是某一方面落後，差不是本質，所以我們應當從各個方面去關心他們，發現他們的閃光點，使其樹立進取心和勇氣；其次，尊重學困生，對他們不歧視，從各方面關心他們，激勵差生轉化；其三是注意方式和方法，對差生報以信任，多表揚少批評。蘇霍姆林斯基認為：“在影響學生的內心世界時，不應挫傷他們心靈中最敏感的一個角落——人的自尊心。”在工作實踐中，教師對學生的嚴格要求無意識必要的，在指出缺點的同時要細心鼓勵，體現出教師的關心和幫助，不要一味指責，更不要輕易地去“揭傷疤”，否則批評過渡，説話缺乏分寸，容易產生負效應。在對“差生”的教育中，我採取的方法可以説是“三分管理，七分情感”，對他們曉之以理，動之以情，循循善誘地進行説服教育，並在學習上多鼓勵，生活上多關心，幫助他們增強自信心，實踐使我認識到：教師的信任是對後進生人格的尊重，他會變成一股無形的力量，促其奮發向上。

為了全面貫徹黨的教育方針，全面實施素質教育，使教育教學工作能面向全體，使學生能夠全面發展，本學期計劃做好以下工作：

1、 對他們進行有效的學習目的性教育，逐步培養他們良好的學習習慣；

2、 查漏補缺，對症下藥；

3、 補課要課內外結合，以課內為主，並和優生結對子；雙向選擇，“一幫一 ，一對紅”，安排特殊座位，以優帶差。

4、 在課內，教師要有意識地讓他們有一些訓練、發言的機會；

5、 對他們一視同仁，不歧視，多鼓勵，及時發現他們的“閃光點”，增強他們的上進心，要全面滲透激勵教育，多鼓勵、多表揚，少批評、少指責。激勵他們進步。

6、組織他們學習中外名人發憤苦讀的故事，讓他們多參加一些社會實踐活動，培養他們吃苦耐勞的精神。

7．採取傾斜政策，對學困生給以“偏愛和厚愛”。

8．抓學困生特點，“一把鑰匙開一把鎖”。善於抓住學生的個性特點進行教育，因勢利導，因材施教

9．切中時機，“傳情報”、“送喜報”。重視學困生的“心理健康”教育，從根本上轉變學困生的思想

10．定期做好家訪，及進了解後進行的學習和思想狀況，努力形成學校、家庭教育的合力，促進學困的轉化。

總之，學困生的轉化是一項長期、艱鉅、複雜的系統工程，只要樹立信心，堅持不懈，滿腔熱情的努力，變急風暴雨為和風細雨，變操之過急為循序漸進，變生硬呆板為巧妙疏導。這樣才能產生“精誠所至，金石為開”的奇特效應。只要我們能根據這些孩子的形成特點、心理特點，採取妥善的方法，經常關心教育他們，從小事做起，從今日做起，今日含苞待放的花蕾，明日一定能盛開絢麗的花朵。

由於多種先天因素的影響和後天因素的制約，學生個體存在着很多這樣或那樣的差異，比如智力的高低、能力的高低、社會交際能力的強弱等，都使學生在各個方面存在着各自的優勢和缺點。在學習中也同樣存在着這樣的現象，因此我們老師就需要去幫助那些優秀的學生更優秀、那些學習困難的學生克服困難迎頭趕上。為此我們制定了本學期學生輔導計劃：

一、學情分析：本班有12名學生，其中有6名同學學習認真，各方面表現突出。有4名同學聰明伶俐，學習比較努力，能按時完成作業，但學習方法不夠靈活，學習成績良好。有2名同學學習不夠努力，缺乏學習自覺性，學習成績差。為了全面提高數學學習成績，我採取“抓兩頭，帶中間”的方式，力求做好學優生、學困生的輔導的工作。

二、輔導措施：

1、學優生：

（1）、對本班的優秀生進行培優思想教育，培養渴求知識的興趣和願望。

（2）、把對優秀生的輔導與學科競賽結合起來，注意培養優秀生的自學意識和探究能力。

（3）、每節課必有一道思維訓練習題，藉此加強對學優生的個別輔導，提升學優生對語文的興趣、愛好。

（4）、教師要有計劃、有目的的為學優生提供讀書資料，介紹方法，提高他們的語文素養。

2、學困生：

（1）、加強對學困生的課堂管理，要經常提問學困生。

（2）、通過各種方式調動學困生的學習積極性，改變他們厭學的心理，激發學習興趣，變“要我學”為“我要學”。

（3）、經常找學困生談心，教育他們明確學習的重要性，端正學習態度.

（4）、學困生的作業堅持面批面改，發現問題及時補課，總之，要達到“堂堂清”、“天天清”、“週週清”。

（5）、重視個體差異，針對一些學生知識缺漏，有針對性的給以補課。

三、需要注意的問題：

1、必須優化備課，功在課前，效在課上，成果鞏固在課後輔導。儘可能“耗費最少的必要時間和必要精力”。

2、不歧視學習有困難的學生，不縱容優秀的學生，一視同仁。

3、經常與家長聯繫，相互瞭解學生在家與在校的一些情況，共同促進學生的作業情況，培養學習興趣，樹立對學習的信心。
