輔導差總結

本學期學校大力開展了差生的幫扶活動，為此我針對我學科學習上兩名差生的學習特點，確立了輔導目標，增加輔導的時間，尋找更好的解決計算障礙的方法，提高學習興趣。並制定了詳細的幫扶計劃，經過老師耐心、細緻的幫教工作，學生的幫扶，家長的支持，差取得了明顯的進步。

李春林同學，由於父母不在身邊，外婆對他管理不嚴，所以他經常對自己放鬆，瞭解到他在其它學科上的學習興趣也很差，上課的時候經常不知道在做什麼，所以數學課上似乎也養成了不學習的習慣。段金環同學也存着類似乎的情況，在課堂上既不説話也不學習，經常做一些和學習無關的事情，在他們眼中好像老師們並不在乎他們在做什麼事情。

針對這些情況我對學困生的管理是很嚴格的，我深入學生了解差生的實際情況，及時主動地發現他們學習上存在的不足，然後及時分析和處理；學生的學習常規反覆抓、抓反覆，把他們培養成有良好紀律和學風的人，高標準的嚴格要求，不斷地總結改進。本學期進行了一次期會考試，四次單元測試。雖然每次考試總結分析、學困生的輔導與跟蹤都要花費教師一定的時間和精力，但正是這種踏踏實實的工作才能保證了幫扶的質量。

在課堂中關注差生。在每一節課裏面及時關注這些學困生的學習狀態，還有每天的學習情緒。看看每一個學習內容他們的反應。在課堂上對這部分學生給於特別的待遇，特別是堂上的一些練習多展示了

這些學生的作品，讓他們能積極地參與到了課堂上來，而不是將自己放在課堂裏可有可無的角色裏面。讓他們能體驗到了上課的樂趣，知道自己也是學習的一分子。

再次，學困生的家長對於此次幫扶活動大力支持，積極配合，監督學生在家認真完成家庭作業，及時反饋給老師學生的學習態度。一些家長還通過此次幫扶活動對孩子有了更進一步的瞭解，對於怎樣在家教育孩子也有了一個全新的認識。

另外，我還充分發揮好錯題記載簿的作用，注意收集學生中的錯例，讓每個學生把自己在作業人上的錯例，課堂上的錯例，都記錄再錯題記載簿上，在上課當中逐漸滲透有關學生的錯例，效果明顯。

除此之外，我還及時跟蹤調查，分析錯誤原因，及時輔導。對這些學困生進行每天一算，每週一查，每月一測及時掌握學困生的計算掌握情況，分析原因，找出相對應的措施及時輔導。爭取做到天天請、週週清、月月清。以便切實的提高他們的學習成績。

經過這一個學期的幫扶，兩名同學的學習成績有了一定的提高，雖然不是很多，但是他們逃課等象現已經沒有，學習的態度也有了很大的進步，為了能讓他們順利進行學習，我將在下學期的幫扶過程中，將繼續採取相應的措施。

美術課，顧名思義，繪畫是關鍵，讓學生多畫，國小生的創造性很強，讓他們多運用想象力來進行繪畫，教師進行輔導，讓學生多畫，多練習，教師並進行一些技巧的總結，以此達到好的效果。

四、課後，讓學生在現實生活中多觀察，多練，多畫。

課後，然學生多對現實生活中的種種進行觀察，並進行繪畫，尤其是繪畫天賦不是很好的學生，多鍛鍊，多學習。教師並多進行輔導。
