一、學情分析：

一個班集體，難免會有一些學習基礎較差的學生，因此，要提高學生的綜合素質，做好轉化後進生的工作顯得十分迫切而又重要。我們不能選擇適合教育的學生，只能選擇適合學生的教育。學困生主要困在學習不去努力，對學生沒信心，沒興趣，基礎知識掌握的較差，有的是差在口語語音，有的差在聽力。因此學困生輔導重點放在激發學生學習興趣，鼓勵創造性思維上。

二、學困生原因分析

1、由於智力較差或紀律較差，很多問題老師講幾遍，他們照樣記不住。

2、缺乏自覺學習的積極性，懶散愛玩，上課小動作多，注意力不集中。

3、在家庭方面，有的家長對學生太過溺愛，因此，個別學生家庭作業完不成，或邊看電視邊寫作業。有是學生家長對孩子的學習不能及時輔導，還有部分父母感情不好，離異，孩子無人問津。

三、輔導方法與對策

1、堅持"三心""兩信"，做到理解尊重。

所謂"三心"就是愛心、信心、耐心；所謂"兩信"就是信任、信用。這是教師開展後進生轉化工作的總體要求。"冰凍三尺，非一日之寒"，轉化後進生是一項艱苦而細緻的系列工程，非一朝一夕所能奏效。所謂"江山易改，本性難移"講的就是這個道理。欲速則不達。這是事物發展變化的規律和法則，任何操之過急，速戰速勝的想法和行為都會造成揠苗助長，適得其反的後果，後進生轉化工作也不例外。

四、主要輔導措施及內容

1、針對基礎不紮實及缺乏良好學習習慣和方法問題，我平時輔導注重以課本為基礎，結合知識及實際抓運用，基本以單元為單位，精講精練該單元，下次輔導前先複習回顧上次重難點及出現的問題，力爭能做到舉一反三，活學活用。另外，我還交待學生注意收集一週學習中遇到的問題，輔導時集中討論解決。

2、針對閲讀不穩定，應考欠方法這一問題，每次輔導時，都輔以相應閲讀、完形填空題，訓練學生的能力授以一些方法、技巧及良好解題思維，同時在作文側重單元配以典型作文訓練，提高寫作水平。

3、針對記單詞難的問題，我主要教學生一些方法記單詞，如：讀音記單詞，分解記憶方法等。激發興趣，增強信心，逐步轉變其害怕、懶記單詞的心理，並輔以一段時間內的強迫記憶，堅決過好單詞記憶方法關。
